19/11/2025: Upon arriving at 9pm, we were left waiting at reception while the staff member finished a personal conversation. This immediately set the wrong tone. When we finally asked about an evening meal, we were told there was “no availability” because other guests had chosen to dine in. No effort was made to offer an alternative, no solutions were suggested, and we were simply directed to a local pizzeria. This level of indifference is unacceptable. A 4-star hotel should never leave guests without any dining options or basic consideration. Even a simple gesture—such as offering something light at the bar—would have demonstrated care and professionalism. We escalated the issue the following morning, yet the response from another colleague only reinforced the same dismissive attitude. Overall, the service we received was not only disappointing but far below what any guest should expect from a hotel of this rating, this simply ruined our short weekend break. "Date stayed Friday 14th for two nights"

14/03/2026: A truly disappointing experience. We arrived with our baby in a stroller and, instead of being greeted normally like any other customer, we were placed at a table outside the main dining room, practically in a corner between the entrance door, the fish refrigerator, and the coat check. An uncomfortable, cold, and undignified place to eat, which made us feel distinctly left out just because we had a baby in a stroller. In 2026, it's unacceptable for a family to be treated this way. A restaurant should welcome all customers with respect, not relegate them to a corner as if they were a problem. An experience that unfortunately doesn't make us want to return. Perhaps it would be helpful to remember that a child isn't a nuisance, but simply another customer. PS: I chose to give two stars only because I want this review to be read and seen by as many people as possible. If it were based on the experience I had, the score would have been zero.

03/03/2026: I'm sharing this review for those of us who, like us, chose to organize a business dinner as a social gathering outside of work, but found ourselves having to manage different dietary requirements. We booked several weeks in advance, immediately notifying them that there would be a vegan and a vegetarian at the table. We were assured there would be no problems. Unfortunately, once we arrived at the restaurant, the person in charge of welcoming us seemed clearly struggling to offer suitable alternatives. The result was that one person dined on a simple plate of pasta with tomato sauce and a pumpkin cream soup. Considering that, with a bottle of budget-friendly wine, we spent around €70 each, we would have expected more attention and care, especially after having communicated our needs in advance. The staff was friendly, and we understand that vegan cuisine isn't the restaurant's focus. However, there was a certain superficiality in the handling of our request, both in terms of the variety of options and in relation to the overall cost of the evening.

05/04/2026: Be patient. The atmosphere is very nice, bright, and welcoming. The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented. But I didn't understand the menu: macrobiotic, vegan cuisine...but then there are many fish dishes. The service was disappointing. There was a long wait for the order to arrive, with no respect for the order of other customers. The dishes we ordered arrived in disarray (I got mine after everyone else at my table had already finished). We couldn't get coffee because it ran out (!!!).

02/04/2026: We ate "tagliatelle with vegan seitan ragout" and "cauliflower steak" and for dessert some cake with apricot compote and a vegan tiramisu - great!! And we got a very nice service, thanks a lot for this evening!

18/01/2026: The atmosphere at Casina nel Parco is wonderful. The staff is impeccable, incredibly helpful and welcoming; they make you feel at home. We often go to this restaurant for dinner on weekends, and we've celebrated the most important moments of our lives. We've always left fond memories of the warm welcome we received, every day like the first time. Highly recommended!

11/01/2026: Absolutely the best fish I've ever eaten. I can say without hesitation that, to date, it's the best seafood restaurant I've ever been to. I had a raw appetizer and a cooked appetizer: it's unusual to order two appetizers, but I was really unsure which one to choose, so I ended up ordering both. The result? I left feeling really full, as if I'd eaten many more dishes, and the quality was top notch. The price, by the way, was absolutely fair, not at all excessive for what they offer. I couldn't find a single flaw: impeccable service, attentive and friendly staff, a very nice, welcoming place with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. I can't wait to return, and even though it's quite far from my home, I'd gladly travel all those miles again just to eat their fish again. It's definitely worth it. Reservations are highly recommended.

03/04/2026: We stumbled upon this simple, clean, and welcoming trattoria by chance. The ingredients are excellent, and the dishes are traditional Roman cuisine. Everything was made even more enjoyable by the friendliness and professionalism of Domiziano (a Tortoreto native by adoption), a true host!

The food was of high quality, which yes does make this restuarant more expensive than the average, but entirely worth every euro. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Though we (4 pers) were lucky to get the only free table without reservation short after opening in the evening, do make a reservation even during weekdays. The food is gorgeous, the service is professional and attentive, and the prices are quite friendly for this quality.

10/03/2026: If you're passing through, don't miss this restaurant. Recommended by a friend who's a true Cagliari native, and... well, what can I say? It was an incredible experience. Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, generous portions, and authentic flavors. Kudos to Mr. Giacomo, a very kind, knowledgeable, and super friendly host who makes you feel right at home. The price was more than fair; in fact, for what I ate, I would have paid even more. I don't often write reviews, but this time I felt compelled. Spectacular, absolutely recommended.

06/03/2026: I was moved to hear the stories about Gigi Riva, who was a regular. A true old-fashioned trattoria. You eat whatever they find fresh. Everything is good, but the grilled fish... DIVINE!!! NOT TO BE MISSED!!
