10/11/2025: I was invited to an 18th birthday party, and we loved everything! In fact, I gave 5 stars for everything, but 4 stars conservatively because I don't know the prices and, therefore, the quality-to-price ratio... Otherwise, I highly recommend it. I particularly recommend the crudo dish, with shrimp, oysters, and other bivalves—spectacular even for those who aren't used to raw seafood.

29/11/2025: We went on Friday evening, the atmosphere was truly top notch, as was the food and service. It's a shame we couldn't admire the view as it was already dark at that time.

One of its strengths is undoubtedly the cuisine: the menu changes frequently—even weekly—and always offers original, carefully crafted dishes, with excellent vegetarian and vegan options, generous and flavorful. The staff is young, kind, and truly welcoming, with special attention to everyone. Even on the busiest evenings, they maintain a warm, cheerful service, something rare these days. The option of dining later than average in the area is also greatly appreciated. The space is small but welcoming; if you're with a large group, it's best to reserve a table, especially for the restaurant area. The outdoor seating is lovely on nice days, away from the chaos but still just a stone's throw from the city center. The selection of beers and wines is also good, with fair prices and in line with the quality. In short: a simple yet refined, authentic place with a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. Perfect for those who want to eat well, feel welcome, and discover a corner of Bolzano that has endured through time and in the soul. Highly recommended!

The first and second courses were delicious, compliments to the kitchen!! 😍 Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view that made everything perfect. 30/10/2025: The restaurant is simply romantic, situated right on one of the many rivers in this marine delta and even accessible by boat. It's perfect for individual diners as well as larger events. The service is smart and attentive. The menu offers a sophisticated yet classic selection. You can expect generous portions, with a focus on fish. The wine selection is excellent. The price-performance ratio is fair and perfectly acceptable for the quality offered. I would definitely recommend making a reservation during peak season. Tip: One thing that could be improved (though it's not directly related to the restaurant) is the numerous potholes on the narrow path, which is bordered on both sides by a water-filled ditch and doesn't allow for any speedy progress! Be careful of oncoming traffic. All in all, well worth a visit! PS: If you like my review, I'd appreciate a thumbs up! 😁👍

01/12/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and had a truly positive experience. We started with an excellent octopus and potato appetizer, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully balanced in flavor. Next, we enjoyed two pizzas with tomato base and buffalo mozzarella: light, well-cooked, and incredibly flavorful. We finished by sharing a delicious tiramisu. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly, always attentive and helpful without being intrusive. A place you'll gladly return to.

We enjoyed a menu of the freshest seafood, where each course was a perfect balance of flavor and presentation. ​You immediately noticed the incredible attention to detail: from the atmosphere in the dining room to the plating, which I would almost describe as artistic. The dishes were not only delicious, but spectacular to look at. ​A well-deserved applause goes to the Chef for his mastery in the kitchen, but I want to extend a special thank you to the owners of Caldaie Melgari: you made an excellent choice in treating us to this evening. ​A top-notch company dinner! Highly recommended!

19/11/2025: We spent one night nearby in Menaggio. The hotel recommended this restaurant to us. We were also allowed to use the shuttle service (pick-up and drop-off to/from the hotel) free of charge. So we treated ourselves to two fantastic, different set menus, including drinks. It was a feast! There's nothing more to say – simply delicious. Right at the beginning, even before ordering, we were served fresh, warm bread straight from the oven. After dessert, we were presented with a whole bottle each of Thymicello and the house Amaro! We could drink as much as we wanted – free of charge. Seriously – where else do you find that? It's incredible. And yes, you can't drink the whole bottle – obviously, but that's not the point. The gesture and the trust shown are amazing! The service was also very friendly, efficient, and attentive, just like in a Michelin-starred restaurant! It couldn't have been better, and it didn't need to be. A definite recommendation.

30/10/2025: Passing through with friends, we enjoyed this restaurant and ordered the tasting menu, which was very generous. We had a wonderful meal; the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the view of the lake was lovely. We highly recommend it.
