Excellent dishes made with quality ingredients, served with professionalism, kindness, and friendliness, with great attention to allergies and intolerances. Lots of welcoming gestures, and the entire staff is highly professional and friendly. Fabulous stuffed calamari, exceptional grilled vegetables—when a simple dish is prepared with quality ingredients and skill, it's a whole different story. The spaghetti with clams is perfect. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: A restaurant with a decent menu selection, but most importantly, the opportunity to see the catch of the day being cooked. The appetizers are good, the caponata is exceptional, as are the fried anchovies. The sea bass is excellent, as is the tuna. Good wine list. The owner is kind and attentive.

19/10/2025: Very slow, they don't have what they list on the online menu. We went to eat spaghetti with lobster, and they didn't have it. The tuna tartare was tasteless, and the pasta wasn't worth it.

13/10/2025: Previously reviewed under a different account, still mine, I'm posting it again on this new account. ... It happens, sometimes you ask for directions to a place to eat and then... Yes, then you hope to meet the same person the next day so you can thank them... I was enchanted, it felt like entering another dimension where you have to leave your worries behind and enjoy the evening... .... What can I say? The staff was competent, extremely kind, attentive, and, for me, "smiling." The service was precise and fast, the dishes were well-presented and even better cooked, from appetizer to dessert a riot of flavors. Thank you all, a great team of young people who work hard. I also appreciated the harmony I perceived among the staff, attentive, serious, but very relaxed. There's everything you need to make the occasional diner or regular customer feel at ease. Leave your worries aside and let yourself be pampered... One thing's for sure: I'll be back!!! Oh, I forgot, the prices.... I blessed every euro I spent this evening, 40 euros that I'll never regret. I hope it can be helpful to those like me who are looking for a "special" place for an unforgettable evening.

11/10/2025: I can only give it 5 stars! The waiters were extremely kind, quick, and professional. I didn't need to ask for anything because they already took care of everything, from napkins to the spoon for sharing desserts. This isn't a given. The food was delicious, and the service was very fast.

21/09/2025: The food is heavenly good. The flavors are perfectly balanced. The service is friendly, prompt, and with an eye for beauty. The plates and cutlery are lovingly and stylishly arranged. The ambiance is pleasant both inside and out. Discreet music plays in the background. If you're lucky, you can also purchase beautiful ceramics by Clothilde le Grand.

10/10/2025: Quiet atmosphere, efficient and friendly service. We weren't particularly impressed by what we ate. The mussels were large and clean, but flavorless; the paccheri were good; the fried fish was plentiful but a little tough. The prices are reasonable for the quality.

06/10/2025: This restaurant is located in a historic building in the heart of Salò. It offers highly refined cuisine, using top-quality ingredients and expertly prepared. The dining rooms feature beautiful, well-maintained, large vaulted ceilings. The service is impeccable, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable for the food. The wine selection is also superb. Every time we pass through Salò, we stop at this restaurant. It always demonstrates the same high quality and courtesy. Truly, congratulations.

09/09/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant today and I have to say it's excellent. I was with a relative and we had: 1 Versace seafood salad with arugula and olives €16, 1 corsaro appetizer €18, which included mussels, anchovies, salmon tartare, seafood salad, 1 octopus tentacle, then 2 spaghetti with clams, super. A bottle of La Pergola Toscana Vermentino wine €2024, 1 coffee, total €85.

08/09/2025: We ate there on our last night in Rome... by pure chance, as we had to quickly change hotels due to an oversight during our previous checkout. So, we booked another hotel, and found ourselves facing the Corsaro... and what can I say? We ate very well and more... a welcoming place, very friendly staff, and equally as good food! I recommend everything, especially the raw fish platter! Congratulations!
