25/06/2026: So I got two seafood pizzas, one had raw tomato, the other now I'll post the photo, I've worked in 4 pizzerias, I've never seen a seafood pizza like this, you could only taste vinegar with raw tomato, it had seafood on the platter, also of low quality, honestly yes, you don't waste food, but we had to throw them away because the vinegar is raw tomato and inedible, we called for clarification, they were right again, I would honestly tell the owner next time, one should specify what's on it since on the menu it says seafood with calamari etc. There's not even a hint of calamari, eh two €10 and already a lot for that pizza, honestly 2, be more polite, it's not the first time, the other time I had raw dough, they pretended nothing happened

14/03/2026: It's heartening to find places like this, a dive into the past, steeped in tradition and excellent local food. Simple, authentic ingredients; the polenta in all its versions and the pappardelle with wild boar are highly recommended. The service is a warm embrace, making you feel right at home.

12/07/2026: For a crowd, everything is very good: decent, generous dishes, good craft beers, attentive service, and a lively atmosphere that's always busy. The outdoor tables are a nice added bonus. Avoid the half hour before sunset to avoid mosquitoes.

22/06/2026: We've been getting takeout pizza for a few years now, but alas, the last two times the pizza was inedible: no toppings and hard dough...despite the high prices. We'll definitely change our takeout pizzeria.

30/11/2025: Passing by one morning, I stopped at what looked like a regular bakery from the outside to get a brioche, an apple puff pastry, and a small slice of pastiera. I was served friendly service, but I paid a total of €10, and that's all... it seemed expensive to me, but maybe they've simply adjusted their prices to downtown Varese.

14/10/2025: Returning from a bike ride, we couldn't believe our way to this small but well-stocked cycling-themed café: from the e-bike charging stations to the trophies on display, to the generous supply of energy bars and gels for athletes, it's got it all. And by the way: coffee for cyclists is €0.90! Recommended stop.

19/07/2026: A truly authentic restaurant with outstanding cuisine. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. A stay in Busto without dinner at Mimmo Duo is a wasted evening.

09/06/2026: Unfortunately, it was disappointing. There were 7 of us, and almost all the pizzas were raw and dry, so you couldn't even cut them with a knife. I don't recommend it.

26/12/2025: A simple, yet clean and basic place. Open late. The staff is experienced and professional. The pizza is good and the price is average. But the reasons that prompted me to write this are undoubtedly compelling: the arancini. Delicious! I tried them both with ragù and cooked ham, and I loved them. Another plus are the French fries: delicious, crispy, and generous. The service is basic, obviously, also because it's free. In conclusion, for a simple and informal evening with friends or family, €15-20 for food and drinks... well done.

17/12/2025: Quiet atmosphere, at least during the hours I go to pick up Amazon packages. For a late-night get-together with friends, perhaps even a slice of pizza (which I haven't tried yet). They say they make excellent pizza by the slice... I'll give it a try.

20/02/2026: We ordered a pizza at the store, as shown in the picture. It's called Rucola, and it was delicious! The pizza maker was a handsome guy! We also watched the sunset at the store, perfect! 😍
