22/03/2026: **Updating my review: I came a month later (late March) and the quality didn't disappoint. Well done! I've attached more photos. (February) I went here for lunch after the market and was very satisfied. The sushi was good, and the firm wakame was superb; you could taste it was fresh. I really appreciated it because it wasn't crowded, there's zen music, and it's a peaceful atmosphere unlike the mass-produced all-you-can-eat restaurants. The only point is the variety of rolls; perhaps they could add a few more.

04/04/2026: I went to this pizzeria with high expectations... which unfortunately ended up just sitting at the table waiting with us. We waited about 40 minutes just to order. The waiter, when he finally appeared like a rare comet, told us to wait for another... who was probably lost in space-time. After finally ordering, the wait continued: another 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive. At that point, we were already considering getting up and leaving 😂 And then it arrived... the "pizza." It's hard to define it like that: more than a pizza, it looked like a piece of shoe sole—hard, dry, and even a little burnt. In short, a memorable experience... but not in the way I was hoping.

10/09/2025: This small town pizzeria offers takeout only, no delivery. The pizzas are excellent, always well-cooked, and the ingredients are plentiful. The staff is friendly and punctual; if they tell you a time, they'll be there right away! Prices are average for the area. They also sell cold drinks and bottled beers. Recommended.

15/05/2026: I went here for dinner with friends. We had pizza, which I must say was very good. The place is beautiful, simple but well-kept. The atmosphere is great, and you can chat in peace. I'll be back to try other dishes. I recommend it.

27/11/2025: We happened upon it by chance and were happy with the dishes (quality and quantity) and the welcome in this restaurant with its traditional flavour and atmosphere.

19/10/2025: I stumbled upon this trattoria somewhat by chance, and I have no regrets. I ate truly well and was welcomed by truly delightful people who are passionate about their craft. They explained the composition of their dishes (Romagnolo menu) and how to pair them, and, based on my tastes, they gave me excellent advice. I ordered a slice of beef served on a hot slab of Cervia salt. At first, I was surprised because it was raw, but when the owner set the plate down and said, "I'll let you work tonight," it brought a smile to my face, and I realized this was a special place. It's a truly wonderful and appreciated idea, allowing customers to cook their meat this way to their liking. The quality of the beef was, of course, excellent. I also had a delicious dessert: fior di latte ice cream with honey-caramelized chestnuts. I'll be back.
