Excellent pizza on Easter Sunday after returning from a vacation abroad. After spending days in England, eating such a good pizza was just what we needed! Highly recommended.

While looking for gluten-free options near work, I decided to stop by this one for a gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, I understand that gluten-free options are more expensive than gluten-containing options, but paying €4.50 more than the €12.50 set menu seemed a bit excessive, considering that for those €17 total, I only got a gluten-free Margherita pizza and a bottle of still water. Despite the slightly steep price, the pizza was good and had a soft crust.

Before heading to Volandia, we stopped for lunch at O' Vesuvio. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. The place is small, simple, and welcoming, like being at home. We'll definitely be back.

We stopped in after a very long day and were welcomed even though we hadn't booked. Welcoming, attentive service, minimal wait, pizza prepared in front of you. A cozy atmosphere inside; a large covered dining area outside.

The square is nice. Located on a side street of the Sempione, it has ample parking. The pizza is typical Neapolitan, with a high crust. Excellent.

06/09/2025: I find the appetizers overpriced; one might even understand if they were elaborate dishes (with added sauces), but for the presentation of a tartare and prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella, I think the price is rather excessive. The desserts and pizza, however, are a plus.
02/09/2025: A nice little restaurant with helpful, friendly, and German-speaking staff. Delicious food, attractively presented. Only the outdoor ambiance could be a bit more appealing.

04/05/2026: I visited Locanda Garibaldi almost by chance... and I left with the rare feeling of having found a real place. It's not just a restaurant. It's one of those places that exist less and less these days: authentic, well-kept, full of soul. Here, you can feel dedication in every detail. The owners aren't simply kind: they're present, attentive, and genuinely involved. They welcome you as if your experience truly matters, and that's not something that can be faked. The cuisine is extraordinary. Carefully crafted dishes, deep flavors, evident quality. There's nothing contrived or "showcased": everything is thought out, felt, experienced. It's one of those places you don't just try once. It stays with you. You want to return again, and again. If you love authentic places, those with a soul and not just a sign, do yourself a favor and go.
21/04/2026: A unique experience, at Giuseppe and Mirella's "home." Dishes are carefully prepared and presented with love. We'll definitely be back.
