As far as I'm concerned, the best ice cream in Varese is concerned. However, I have to say that lately I've noticed the staff is often surly and presumptuous. At this point, I prefer to choose ice cream shops with more welcoming staff who don't put me off having an ice cream.

27/01/2026: I had the pizza; super buffalo mozzarella: mozzarella and prosciutto after baking. Definitely good. For dessert, try the baked gelato. Besides being delicious, the tableside preparation is original, complete with a final "flambaïté."
11/01/2026: We went there today for a baptism. They're excellent. Excellent food, generous portions, and very friendly and helpful.
