31/05/2026: We were here yesterday for lunch, and having never tried ramen before, we weren't sure what to expect. The experience was simply excellent, one of those that leave a lasting impression and are fondly remembered even long afterward. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: from the welcome and kindness of the staff, always attentive and professional, to the presentation and quality of the dishes. The ramen was truly delicious, carefully prepared, exuding passion and innovation. A complete gastronomic experience, capable of winning over even those, like us, who were trying this dish for the first time.

28/03/2026: After having been and toured Japan I have become a little critical, but I would say that the dishes, however, are excellent.

30/03/2026: First of all, the entrance to this restaurant is strange, tucked away on the landing of a building, with no sign or markings on the door. The inside, however, is nice and spacious, with large windows that don't offer a beautiful view, but simply the rotunda... I don't know how it can be during the day with the sun beating down on the tables... The quality of the food seemed average to me, nothing exceptional. The pieces were very small... I was disappointed by the miso soup.
