18/07/2026: I stopped by for a coffee and the girls are always great! The only flaw is the boy who is incredibly rude and lazy; he makes unpleasant comments, especially in front of customers, but also with his colleagues. He's incredibly rude. I'm still giving it 5 stars because I come here often and have always had a good experience, but it's still a shame because it ruins the image of the other girls, who are always super friendly and nice.
03/06/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would have gladly. I arrived at 10:30 in the morning and politely asked ONE employee for a large stuffed focaccia. Three responded, and then got the order wrong. Guess what, I was given a small stuffed focaccia for €5.
I asked for a peach tea, but there wasn't even a glass.
I looked for a table to sit at. There was a tray full of dirty cups that needed to be washed (every table has cups and trays that need to be removed). My boyfriend took it upon himself to remove everything. A second employee arrived who had seen everything and didn't even say thank you. Among all of them, a great desire to work. Never again.

04/08/2026: Perfect location for our Airbnb we were staying at, just a short walk away. Very friendly staff, and the food and service was fantastic. A variety of starters, mains and dessert to choose from as well. The chef kindly drove my partner back to the Rowing Athletes hotel due to the lack of taxis that evening. Highly recommend to those who visit Lake Varese.

11/08/2026: Yesterday we had my sister's wedding. The location was welcoming and the service excellent. Fabio was absolutely professional, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. He was also very knowledgeable about those with allergies. We had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend him for events. I'm very satisfied, and we'll definitely be back for an aperitif, too. 😊😊😊
01/08/2026: Terrible experience, I celebrated my birthday, we sat down at 8pm we were supposed to have an aperitif and the cold cuts with the pizzas arrived at 9pm at 10pm the fried gnocco arrived without cold cuts at 10:30pm we left without waiting for the first course, you can't justify yourself by saying that the place was full, if you don't know how to manage a place then close, the rude staff (they didn't know who the manager was magically we found her) the worst birthday I've ever celebrated thank goodness I at least only paid for the drinks.

12/08/2026: Top notch for both quality and location. Ample, accessible parking and easy to reach on foot from the Lake Varese cycle path. Bike parking is also available. A must for a relaxing, tasty treat. I'd say it's also perfect for bikers. A suggestion? The lemon cream brioche! Always top notch!

02/08/2026: I went there for the first time when it just opened; it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't exactly amazing either.
I tried the new management by chance...I can honestly say that between Laveno and Buguggiate, it's currently the best fusion restaurant!
The staff are kind and friendly, the food is fresh and truly excellent, with no overdoing on the rice, and the buffet includes appetizers, fruit, and desserts as part of the set menu.
I'll definitely be back! Try it, you'll be very satisfied.
28/07/2026: Avoid it!!!!
I went with my daughter and a friend, and all three of us had strong heartburn as soon as we left. The kitchen is on display, and people sneeze and cough on the food. It was a nightmare evening; we saw everyone sneezing in the kitchen, still full of colds. Because it's the second time we've been there, and we'll never go in again!!!
