11/03/2026: One star because we chose the daily menu and ordered two main courses. The leaflet specified that drinks were not included, but it didn't specify the cover charge, which consisted of two paper placemats for a total of €2.50 per person. A new experience that will lead me from now on to always ask what was included and what wasn't.
07/03/2026: The food was very good.
The waiter, an older man with an earring and sunglasses, was very unpleasant.
If he's working in a restaurant as a punishment, he should change jobs.
Because of the service, I won't be going back, which is a shame because the food is delicious.

Super friendly! It's best to call ahead, as many locals eat there, and I wonder why it tastes so great...

I chose the spaghetti alla norma, which was delicious. The shrimp cocktail was fresh, but it wasn't my cup of tea.
The waitress was very nice.

29/09/2025: How wonderful! An enchanting place, where the welcome is warm and familiar, the service attentive, and every dish is a discovery of taste and refinement. The experience is accompanied by an excellent selection of wines, designed to enhance each course.
The only flaw? My guests kept bothering me... but only to tell me how magnificent they thought everything was!
But I was certain. When you create something with passion, it shows. And it shows.

06/04/2026: I highly recommend this place. Very traditional, simple, and retro in style. The food is truly plentiful and delicious, with a homely feel. The manager, Paolo, makes you feel at home and is incredibly friendly. I must say, it's been a while since I've found a place where the staff is so friendly, takes care of you, and makes you feel at ease. Thanks for this experience!
01/04/2026: Great, we really enjoyed it >>> mixed appetizer platter + pizza + tiramisu. The house wine was perfectly fine too.
There were also several tables occupied by locals, which I always consider a good sign :-)

13/04/2026: A superb dinner. The waiter was kind, attentive, friendly, and generous. He even offered us small tastings, in addition to the generous servings, with great kindness. The food was truly excellent. Dinner is served in shifts, so you have to vacate your table at 9:30. Go early if you want to dine slowly. They serve very quickly, however.
11/04/2026: The pasta was really dry - almost no sauce and three small, tasteless shrimp. I wouldn't go back here again.

08/11/2025: A small and cozy shop in Luino, where you can choose from their wine selection or ask for advice from the owner, a charming and polite (and professional) person. You can buy wines, as well as other products they sell, such as teas, chocolates, and artisanal sweets... and for Christmas, they have some delicious treats! There's also a small outdoor terrace. A visit is a must... and a glass of wine is essential!

11/05/2026: Fast service, I was sitting on the terrace but the strong wind forced me to move inside, the very kind waitress moved all my drinks without any problem.... As an aperitif they bring you chips and a small platter with pieces of pizza in various flavours.... Very reasonable price for being in the centre of this tourist place..... I will definitely be back
10/05/2026: One of the main meeting places on the Luino lakeside, the staff is always courteous and helpful and, above all, quick even on busy days.

07/04/2026: My friend ordered a pizza which was okay, nothing special but still decent.
I chose a seafood pizza. The mussels were actually very good, but unfortunately the rest of the seafood — like the baby octopus and shrimp — had a very strong vinegar taste. Because of that, I couldn’t really enjoy the dish, and it made me feel like the seafood might have been from a can rather than fresh.
Also, the crust was quite thick with very large edges, which didn’t really match my preference.
29/03/2026: Be wary of any negative comments you find! Just because a place is packed and there's no silence, or because a dog isn't allowed in, reviews can't and shouldn't diminish the quality and service!
In any case, we came to this trattoria for dinner, where we found a rustic and very welcoming atmosphere, super friendly staff, and excellent food. For a lakefront location, the prices are very fair compared to many other places nearby that offer more or less the same menu.

15/04/2026: The Aperol Spritz arrived only when we were almost finished eating. Furthermore, the meat in the Pollo Burger was still partially raw, both inside and out. The staff seemed very stressed and sometimes didn't know which table they were supposed to deliver the food to. Otherwise, the food was okay.
07/04/2026: Unfortunately, my visit was a huge disappointment. The pizza was really bad – the dough was dry and bland, and the ingredients seemed low-quality.
The service wasn't particularly friendly either. I felt more like an intruder than welcome, and the way they treated guests was quite cold.
The atmosphere also failed to impress me, as it felt rather uninviting. For the price, I definitely expected more.
I won't be eating here again and unfortunately can't recommend it.

15/04/2026: A great place to eat for a reasonable price with a view of the lake.
And perfect if you're in a hurry, as we had barely finished our appetizers when our meal arrived. It's a shame the service was so slow! The staff made no effort with languages, and the bread served with the meal was hard, dry, and stale—unacceptable for a restaurant!
12/04/2026: Waitresses were friendly and attentive, but also deleted the order… the pasta was very average and took quite some time.

15/03/2026: Italian-Indian restaurant just steps from the city center. The staff is very friendly; we had pizza and it was truly excellent. The restaurant has a small children's room, which I find a real plus, especially for entertaining the little ones while they wait for their dishes. Prices are reasonable; we'll definitely be back for pizza and to try the Indian cuisine!
