29/06/2026: As promised, I'm writing this review especially for Sara, aka Saretta, the girl who welcomed us and served us throughout the dinner. We had a business dinner and they recommended this restaurant where we ate good, quality food and a very casual atmosphere, just right for a relaxing evening. But the highlight of this evening was Saretta, who explained everything to us in great detail and accommodated all our requests, always with a smile and very polite. I personally complimented her because hospitality like this is becoming rarer and rarer. I must also say that the prices are very fair, so 5 stars are deserved. See you next time, guys, and good luck to everyone.

02/06/2026: Speaking as a longtime customer, their pizza has virtually never disappointed me, from the quality of the ingredients to the prices, which are completely reasonable and true to their quality. Their pizza respects tradition and excels at it. Finally, the service is top-notch, including delivery, which has never caused me any bad experiences.

12/06/2026: For one night, and definitely on a very high standard compared to other airport hotels, even if not spectacular. Accordingly, it's quite expensive, but you get everything you'd expect from a Sheraton-branded hotel.

11/06/2026: Worst airport ever. The staff are rude and unhelpful. It’s impossible to find a supervisor when you need help, and staff members refuse to give their names, making it difficult to file an official complaint. The toilets and lifts are broken. The only positive thing was the art exhibitions, but if you want to see art, you’re better off visiting a gallery than spending time at this airport

24/03/2026: Rude very rude if you talk to staff when they are putting order together they will yell at you in a very rude manner.
Order and don't say anything if you don't want yelled at...
Or just avoid all together!!
26/12/2025: My mom went there one morning with a friend (who also happens to be a barista) and bought a croissant for €3, which, upon first bite, she realized was stale. When she asked for an explanation, she was told that the croissants were made that morning, and that's it—no exchanges or refunds. Personally, I've had bad experiences with the Briciole bar in Terminal 1. I worked at Malpensa for nine years, so what happened doesn't surprise me.

22/06/2026: Avoid this place like the plague. Overbearing and arrogant staff on the phone, empty sandwiches at full price. I'll never call them again. If you want to make a homemade kebab sandwich, contact them, but make sure you have the ingredients at home because the sandwich only contains meat.

02/12/2025: Staff were very rude, came in and they barely even spoke to us, they all looked like they hated everyone and everything, wasn’t even late at night it was 7pm, horrible customer service, started cleaning a table that a man was still sat at and eating.
24/11/2025: Tasteless food. Had the gyosa ramen and it was awful. I’ve rather eaten a Maruchan soup. I also had baos and they had little flavor as well.

11/06/2026: They don't have butter. I don't mean they're out of butter, I mean they do not have any butter normally. So they'll serve you a scrambled egg breakfast with an English muffin totally dry, then look at you like you're crazy when you ask for butter. Italy's reputation for top-tier cuisine strikes again!
