16/04/2026: Very welcoming property, the room was a picture worthy of a frame, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort.
Wonderful welcome and a super convenient location for those transiting through the airport and train.
The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious.
Extremely friendly staff.
14/04/2026: I had such a positive experience at the Sheraton, made all the more memorable by Diego and Evelyn. Diego, who checked me in, was incredibly professional, warm, and reassuring at a time when I had just missed my flight and the day felt rather mad and stressful. He immediately put me at ease and turned the situation around with his calm and thoughtful manner.
Evelyn at the Club Lounge was equally wonderful. An absolute delight. She was so warm, positive, and welcoming, and made the experience feel even more grounded.
Together, they transformed what could have been a very trying day into a genuinely enjoyable stay. I’m very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality.

13/12/2025: It would be 5 stars if I were to rate the star product, the kebab, individually, but I have to give it 3 stars because for the second time in a row, I found the pizza cold. I usually order the kebab pizza and find the meat hot and the Margherita pizza base cold under the toppings. Specifically, this evening, the Margherita pizza was taken out of the oven 7 minutes before it was topped. Unfortunately, since I had already pointed this out just today and I'm still in the same situation after years, I've decided not to go again because I feel like I'm being taken for a ride!

04/12/2025: I went to pick up my friend from Malpensa Airport (I was still in the car), but she was running late, so I Googled a bar near the airport and found Danybar, an 8-minute drive away. I can say the croissants are very good, and they even made my tea differently and it was good. Very clean, fast service, very friendly and smiling staff, and they do their job well.
I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it 🥰 I'd like to add THANK YOU to the staff for how they treat their customers 🥰
10/10/2025: So, just one complaint: too much secondhand smoke. Out of respect for everyone, smokers shouldn't smoke in front of the entrance because it ACCUMULATES inside. This is a fault of every establishment except those where the owner's notice is posted. Non-smokers suffer when they have breakfast or when they eat, and if smokers have the right to do so, even more so, those who aren't slaves to smoke have access to oxygen, which is vital.

26/03/2026: We just drank an excellent Fereari Perle and a Ferrari Spritz. Of course crazily overpriced like always at airports, but nice vibes, excellent service and perfect bubblies !
20/02/2026: I ordered shrimp tartare to go, but they sold me salmon tartare, and they didn't even put cutlery or chopsticks in the bag. It took them half an hour to prepare the order, with the restaurant empty. I paid €27 for the tartare. A disgrace...never again.

13/11/2025: I was in the area for work and stumbled upon it thanks to a colleague's recommendation. The place is no-frills, as it's primarily a bakery. A spritz and a platter (I chose the small one) with pizza samples. Simple but good. Fairly priced, and the owner is very kind.

02/12/2025: Staff were very rude, came in and they barely even spoke to us, they all looked like they hated everyone and everything, wasn’t even late at night it was 7pm, horrible customer service, started cleaning a table that a man was still sat at and eating.
24/11/2025: Tasteless food. Had the gyosa ramen and it was awful. I’ve rather eaten a Maruchan soup. I also had baos and they had little flavor as well.

Order and don't say anything if you don't want yelled at...
Or just avoid all together!!
26/12/2025: My mom went there one morning with a friend (who also happens to be a barista) and bought a croissant for €3, which, upon first bite, she realized was stale. When she asked for an explanation, she was told that the croissants were made that morning, and that's it—no exchanges or refunds. Personally, I've had bad experiences with the Briciole bar in Terminal 1. I worked at Malpensa for nine years, so what happened doesn't surprise me.
