14/05/2026: We stay at this hotel regularly, but this is the first time I'm writing a review! The setting is magnificent, surrounded by nature, and after a long day of driving, it's so peaceful! The service is impeccable, and everyone is very helpful and pleasant! However, regarding comfort, I must point out that the hotel has a serious problem with the pillows. They are as hard as wood and incredibly uncomfortable! This needs to be addressed! As for breakfast, it's varied, and everything is good. The only downside is that the sausages and bacon are always cold at the beginning of service, and there are often flies in the dining room… this isn't acceptable! Nevertheless, we will continue to stay here since these are small things that are easily corrected. After staying at this establishment again last night, I feel compelled to mention that the pillows are still the same! Thank you for not changing anything… I would also add that, unfortunately, there has been a decline in quality. For example, there are no more bottled water in the room under the pretext of being eco-friendly! Isn't providing a glass bottle eco-friendly? There were always bathrobes and slippers even though we didn't use the spa! I think that for a resort, not even providing a kettle with coffee or herbal tea supplies is a bit much! The icing on the cake: a tiny fridge that sounds like a helicopter! A night that was supposed to be restful and allow us to tackle the second day of our trip was ruined! So, if you combine the noise of the fridge with the worst pillows in the world, you have a perfect combo! Thanks See you next time Laëtitia

04/05/2026: The room was good but there is no air condition in the room only heater. We stayed here mid April and it was really hot in the room. Good service with friendly staffs. Breakfast was ok.
