09/04/2026: We were passing through this area on our holiday and we are so happy that we found this restaurant.
Food was excellent and so was the service and ambiance too.
We ordered a starter and I don’t eat meat, so they offered a vegetarian option, and it was delicious.
The main course was also excellent and the dessert was cherry on top,fresh yoghurt with berries, so good and fresh.
Our waiter Omar was great and really friendly. He kindly gave us many tips on what to do and see in the area.
We recommend this family owned restaurant wholeheartedly.

30/03/2026: I went to Osteria della Purtascia with my friends on Sunday for lunch. If you're looking for a place where you can feel at home, but with high-quality cuisine, this is the place. The restaurant is beautiful and very well-kept, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. It's the perfect setting for a lunch/dinner with friends, where you can chat and enjoy yourself.
The hospitality was the added bonus. All the staff is extremely kind, but a special mention goes to the waitress, Luana, who was truly exquisite. We really appreciated the way the owner explains the products on the menu: he does it with such a fascinating passion that it makes you want to try everything!
The food is truly delicious. Here are some dishes we tried: Appetizer: The egg with truffle was simply delicious, balanced, and fragrant.
First course: We chose a special of the day, paccheri with sausage, porcini mushrooms, saffron, and a sprinkling of red berries. A refined, original, and decidedly tasty dish.
Wine: The house wine also proved to be an excellent choice, perfect for accompanying dinner. In summary: An excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

04/02/2026: I went there for a social lunch. The menu was rich and varied, with just the right portions, allowing you to enjoy everything without straining. The quality of the food was excellent across the board, though the house wine wasn't quite up to par. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen staff easily accommodated special diets (vegetarian and otherwise). Overall, a positive experience.

11/12/2025: It wasn't a great experience, neither for the atmosphere, nor the welcome, nor the food (just okay). At 7:35 pm when we arrived, they seemed annoyed by our presence because they were still preparing the room (booked for 7:30). They did, however, seat us near the fireplace. It was really cold in the room (waitress wearing a WINDBREAKER!). We ordered a land and sea menu. The appetizers were banal to say the least: 2 slices of salami, a slice of smoked salmon with a sliced blueberry, ricotta (good), seafood salad marinated in rice vinegar, and a cold pate with jelly (nothing hot). Two first courses: orecchiette with Apulian ragù and turnip tops. Good. Second course: creamed cod with pumpkin cream served on a COLD plate. Dessert: crema catalana, not sugar, a little caramelized, a little not. A bottle of water, a glass of wine (no choice!). 108 euros. Not exactly an unforgettable experience.
01/12/2025: A Sunday lunch that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, and the young staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere itself is quaint and very welcoming, and a roaring fireplace and Christmas decorations created a truly delightful atmosphere. Thank you!

25/03/2026: We had dinner yesterday, and what can I say? Truly excellent. The quality of the fish was superior to that of any other all-you-can-eat restaurant. The homemade steamed dumplings were excellent, and the presentation and attention to detail were top-notch. The place was clean and tidy, the staff were always friendly and smiling. We spent €30 each, including drinks and coffee, and the owner, as always, offered us a round of liqueurs. What more could you ask for? Definitely the best Japanese restaurant in the area. I always love returning.
24/03/2026: Water is mandatory. It's not written on the menu, nor on the outside, but if you point it out, they'll say, "If you don't want it, leave." I recommend avoiding it, especially since the rest of the food is mediocre.

02/05/2025: Un’esperienza culinaria indimenticabile al Fra Mar Tina! Il locale è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e trasmette calore appena si varca la soglia. Ma il vero cuore del ristorante è senza dubbio la straordinaria cuoca, capace di trasformare ogni piatto in un piccolo capolavoro.
Dalla pasta fatta in casa ai secondi di mare, tutto parla di passione, esperienza e amore per la cucina autentica. I sapori sono bilanciati con maestria, gli ingredienti freschissimi e le porzioni generose. Si percepisce subito che dietro ogni piatto c’è una mano sapiente, una mente creativa e un cuore grande: complimenti davvero alla cuoca, che meriterebbe applausi a scena aperta!
Un ristorante così merita di essere scoperto, e poi… non lasciato più. Torneremo presto, e con grande piacere!
