08/05/2026: I visited Old Wild West in Saronno and had a very positive experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, ideal for a simple yet well-executed dinner. I had a really good burger, with flavorful meat and perfectly cooked; the fries were also very good.
The service was fast and friendly, which isn't a given when the place is busy. The overall organization is evident, and credit for this goes to the management, who works with care and professionalism.
Overall, it's a place I'd gladly return to.

15/05/2026: First off: Don't let the rather spartan decor put you off. The food at the Osteria is excellent; we especially recommend the red gnocchi and the strudel among the antipasti. The menu is concise, but the food is of very high quality. The staff is very friendly, and while the prices aren't exactly cheap, they are absolutely reasonable for the quality.
09/05/2026: We got the tip from friends, and it was spot on! The asparagus menu is very creative and unusual, and everything tastes delicious. We come from an asparagus-growing region, but we'd never had asparagus cheesecake or asparagus risotto before. Even the tiramisu stands out from any we've had with its intense flavor!
We're thrilled!

18/07/2026: The air conditioning was on full blast, the food was plentiful, but not to my liking. The staff was very friendly. The place was nice, and the bathrooms were clean.
16/07/2026: Ideal for companies and families, many small dishes that you can always order, fixed price, apart from the dessert lever, however, apart from the dishes, they also do a regional menu every month, for example, when I went there was excellent Sardinian cuisine 👍😎

A typical Italian restaurant in a quiet location with a good selection of dishes and pizzas. The ambiance is also typically Italian and relaxed. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The service was always friendly and professional. We recommend this restaurant.
If we're ever in the area again, we'll gladly stop by.

05/07/2026: Family-run restaurant... fast service... very welcoming staff. Very kind owner. I'd say the Neapolitan pizza is excellent. The food is excellent because they use certified products. The price is reasonable. Well, what can I say... congratulations.

Dinner after a training event, so guests were from a variety of backgrounds.
There were 11 of us.
The restaurant was clean, especially the restrooms.
They were quick to take our orders; we were at a table near where the dishes were coming out of the kitchen, so service was even quicker. However, it was generally quick considering the location and other tables, even though there was a young woman in training.
They brought us sliced Margherita pizzas as an appetizer to help while we waited for our dishes.
I personally enjoyed the grilled fish, and it was good: salmon and swordfish were well-grilled, the squid and shrimp skewers were tender (not dried out like they often are). The grilled vegetables were tender.
The grilled meats, such as tender veal with mushrooms, and fried fish, according to other diners, were also good.
It's not a "trendy" place in terms of its impact, but it's certainly much better to have a conversation while listening, clean, fast, courteous, and good food.
If we're in the area again and have the opportunity, we'll be back.

30/06/2026: Today, June 30, 2026, I'm having dinner at MC in Gerenzano with my family. After a half-hour wait, everything arrived freezing cold. The place was also half-empty, and usually when there's three times as many people, it arrives within two minutes. My daughter politely went to ask for an explanation and brought back the frozen fries for an exchange. She hadn't received the two toasted sandwiches she'd ordered. The manager questioned whether the toasted sandwiches had arrived with her order, when that wasn't the case. She refused to take responsibility for what happened, questioned my daughter's word, and responded very rudely. I would conduct a background check on the staff you hire, not out of malice, but out of professionalism, even at a simple fast food restaurant.

31/07/2026: The McFlurry was really well made, and the staff was friendly, except for one girl with tattoos and a shaved head who was uninformed and aggressive. This happened to me at a drive-thru.
Otherwise, the McFlurry was good, with the right toppings, not the poor ones like other places, and the sandwiches were good too.
25/07/2026: The toilet was filthy, and the tap was broken. The tables weren't clean either. The food was terrible!

23/03/2025: Situated right on the Varesina state road, this elegant establishment stands behind a sumptuous wrought-iron gate. This restaurant is housed in a sumptuous residence dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The restaurant offers a captivating blend of history and modernity. Guests are greeted formally by a very gracious staff member, who offers an unusual and highly appreciated tasting of the owners' own olive oil produced in the Val d'Orcia. A tasty and unexpected aperitif was also offered, a delightful prelude to a wonderful dinner. The chef, worthy of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, is dedicated to satisfying the most sophisticated palates with delicate dishes that are both visually delightful and truly enchanting. White reigns supreme, dominating both the interior dining room and the outdoor patio, contrasting here with the pleasantly dated flooring featuring dark brown accents.
The establishment is surrounded by greenery, so much so that from the outside, the presence of the road is almost forgotten. My need for gluten- and lactose-free cuisine was fully met without the slightest hesitation, without compromising the flavor or beauty of the dishes.
There is free parking outside on the opposite side of the street, and parking is available inside the building. There are three steps to the entrance. I recommend a small ramp for wheelchair users and strollers, if you don't have one.
For anyone looking for a quiet, elegant, and romantic location, I highly recommend it. Personally, I will definitely be back. Thank you for the delightful experience, your courtesy, and your helpfulness.
