15/04/2025: Beautiful experience for a birthday lunch at Sine. We chose the Sine Confini menu and we were fully satisfied and also amazed by the preparations, combinations and presentations. I personally appreciated the Tropical Scallop (very appetizing the combination with chorizo), the Chicken Genovese Sandwich and the Vignaiola Veal. The only dish that was not so good was the Ritorno a casa, unfortunately I did not like the slightly too liquid sauce. The chats exchanged with the Chef were very pleasant The cake with a candle that was kindly offered was particularly appreciated. When I got home I noticed that in the bill the two menus were priced at €145 instead of the €160 indicated on the menu. Mistake or kind thought?

07/04/2025: Congratulations to Chef Roberto di Pinto and all his staff, you were impeccable. Kind, thoughtful, prepared and attentive. A special thanks to Simone who told us about the menu, making us feel at home, always with a smile. We chose and tasted the Tempore menu adding the fried pizza (the Chef's signature dish) and we can say that all the dishes were excellent, the breads were amazing, the ditalini with chickpeas were fantastic, the chicken bresse was SUPERLATIVE, in short, course after course the dinner was enriched with intense and decisive flavours. What we appreciated so much is the playful spirit of the dishes (especially in the desserts). In short, we Naples really breathed it deeply and we will return because we still have many dishes to savor. Thanks again to the Staff for the tour of the kitchen, it was wonderful. PS. the anniversary cake was delicious and made me emotional 🥹

06/04/2025: La cena è stata davvero di alto livello, siamo andati da Shabby Grill per la Rubia Gallega e siamo rimasti super soddisfatti sia dalla cottura che dal locale. Il servizio impeccabile e l'antipasto di salumi di wagyu davvero buono. Nessun difetto nella serata tutto curato, dall'entree alla scelta del coltello per la carne. Consigliatissimo per gli amanti delle frollature.

05/04/2025: Non sono amante della carne e in questo ristorante l’ho gustata davvero per la prima volta. Non so cosa mi abbiano portato ma era davvero Eccellente. Il tocco di classe.. Margherita. Mai visto una persona così giovane e con così tanta passione e preparata su qualcosa. Si sapeva destreggiare benissimo e ci ha indirizzato verso la scelta migliore. Davvero consigliatissimo per tutto!!!

30/03/2025: Onestamente non capisco tutte queste recensioni positive, inizio a pensare di essere capitato ad una serata storta. L’atmosfera e la location sono davvero molto belle non c’è di che ma il menù non è assolutamente all’altezza. Tagliata di picanha piccola (non rispecchia le foto di Instagram) e fredda (lo chef si è giustificato con “scusate, è colpa mia”) ma soprattutto il dulche de leche servito su un cucchiaio da cucina. Poche volte nella vita sono uscito affamato dopo aver pagato 70€ di conto: questa è una. Più che qualità/prezzo direi rapporto quantità/prezzo pessimo. Non più di 2 stelle.

I would like to underline an important deficiency regarding desserts: spray cream and substandard custard leave a bad taste in the mouth and reduce the final judgment of an overall positive dinner.

06/04/2025: My favorite restaurant in Milan. Discovering it by chance while passing by, I ask to take a look: I see the outdoor patio and I fall in love with it. I return alone after a few days to test the food: pass (pappardelle with wild boar ragout). I'm going back with my wife for our anniversary: ​​she's super happy with the choice, and gives the value for money a nice 9. The only weak point: the staff is not very smiling. The dishes are plentiful, so I advise against taking the starter+first course+second course alone. The two of us spent €60 without wine, so prices well below the Milanese average.

Excellent food, especially the tuna and the cacio e pepe with cuttlefish sashimi, while the aubergine pie which didn't impress me is worth reviewing. A little excessive, 9 euros for a glass of falanghina. 1. Very elegant and welcoming place located in Porta Genova (recommended for couples). Few dishes but refined and of excellent quality (I recommend cacio e pepe with cuttlefish sashimi). Quick and welcoming service. I've been there 3 times and perhaps the only thing I can recommend is a greater variety/change in the menu. However, it is highly recommended with The Fork discount‼️‼️
