22/11/2023: An exercise that I have already known for some time, and I find a quiet environment where I can have breakfast or have a coffee with friends while having a quiet chat without problems and above all without having to raise my voice to be heard. The owner is nice and sociable. As far as ice cream (given that it is an ice cream shop) is concerned, I find it to be one of the best ice cream shops.

17/03/2024: I advise against it, if you plan on having a nice meal don't go to this place, the waiters come by once every Pope's death, always with half empty trays, questionable pizza toppings, We were there for about two hours, we must have eaten two or three slices of pizza, dry without tomato, a really bad evening.

10/03/2024: I went last night for the first time, I was disappointed by the service, a lot of waiting between one course and another and delicious pizzas and simple flavors were never offered (e.g. four cheeses, capricciosa...). Among other things, some were completely lacking in ingredients. Luckily, only at the end of the evening after 2 and a half hours did a waitress let us choose which pizza we wanted to eat and I must say that those dishes were good. I don't think I'll be back!

22/08/2024: Paraphrasing the claim on their website "Live a unique experience" well.. I lived it but in a negative way. Disappointing evening. I waited a few days before doing the review and I'm also sorry because I was there for dinner on my birthday (I must say a bit in the dark without reading any reviews). In any case, apart from the nice place and the friendly service, the rest is to be forgotten. In fact it is an All you can eat with their own formula that allows you to choose 4 dishes in three different courses for a maximum of 12 dishes. But apart from that the quality of the food is really poor and I have been eating sushi for many years in every corner of the world. Just a few examples: tasteless salmon ceviche with fatty salmon, oil-filled tempura, uramaki all the same flavor and rubber rice. I regret writing negative reviews but I was sick for two days with bloating and stomach cramps. Unfortunately, I only read the reviews afterwards and I see that I am not the only one who has had this negative experience. I hope the owners can take advantage of this and try to make amends.

31/07/2024: Summary: Opt for burger or panini type dishes, avoid salads, and don't take too many ingredients as garnishes for dishes where you have to choose everything because it costs relatively quickly (1€ or 0.50€ per ingredient). A large TV inside so you don't miss the Olympics (otherwise no idea what is usually broadcast there). Long version : For most dishes, you choose what's in it, a simple example: I took a burger, you have the choice of bread (classic or wholemeal bread), I then had the choice on beef or chicken or double beef etc. I take the 200g beef for €16, then we add it from a list, I added cheddar (+€1) tomatoes (+€1) and caramelized onions (+€0.50). Accompanied by the choice between French fries and salad, I took the fries. For 18€50 it's a little light but otherwise we'll say that it was acceptable if you want more ingredients you have to heat the CB. However the 2 people with me opted for salads, in the same way one chose his ingredients, and the other took a salad from the menu. Their dish honestly didn't look appetizing, we really had the salad with the ingredients quickly mixed and without very interesting tastes even for the salad already made on the menu... All without sauce, you have balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the table to make your sauce or you also have already made sauces like McDonald's sauce sachets. Each salad for around €15 (I no longer have the price in mind). So I find it a bit expensive for what it is... The salads, unlike my burger, could not be finished... The service is OK, a small downside is that the person who wanted to cash in didn't understand my English and asked his colleague with a drunk/annoyed look to cash in for me (at least I took it that way).

29/07/2024: We went with friends to eat something on Sunday evening, we ordered a drink and got some focaccia, the filling was acceptable, they arrived but some ingredients were missing, they were put on request but cold from the fridge, normally if you eat the focaccia hot the cheese should be melted. This morning pain and contractions from last night's food. Personally I will give it another chance in the future.

07/08/2024: Nice place, overlooking the sea of ​​the port. Friendly waiters. But for the food and prices I wouldn't go back. We spent €82 for: - 1 starter of 3 mini tartares which were hot! Not really good; - 1 fish first course, good; - 1 fried fish with pieces of fish full of bones, 4 squid rings thrown in, 3 prawns, not even a small fish. Really poor and above all burnt, so much so that it was all bitter. The waiting times were really long but there were problems with continuous blackouts in the area and so I want to think that they were due to that. Furthermore, at the time of the check it took a very long time because there was a discussion with some foreign tourists who simply asked the classic question "is everything okay?" they dared to reply that they had suffered from the heat and had not liked the food very much. The attitude was truly unwelcoming, polite or professional. Dear Patrizia, I am correcting my review to respond to you: you have never mentioned the blackout as the cause of the inconvenience. Also because I don't see the correlation in the temperature of the tartare or in the "richness" of the mixed fried food. For the prices you offer we expect much more, I'm sorry. I would have preferred you to tell me to come back another time, for example. It would definitely have been more professional and I would have gladly returned. I conclude by just telling you that I am very respectful of the work you do, so much so that if you look I normally only write positive reviews, negative only when really necessary. Like her, I earn the money that I'm lucky enough to be able to spend out for dinner and wasting it on an experience like this really annoys me.

07/08/2024: The most unfortunate thing I have ever experienced The staff and especially the room manager are horrible. They had a problem with the light that the light went out every two times three (more than 20 times in an hour and a half) We had to have dinner at 30 degrees with unbearable heat and listening to a very noisy generator that turned off every five minutes Meal. 02/07/2024: I had great memories of the shed, I had been there for a country party in 2021. I returned with my two-year-old son to take him to the games in the outdoor garden but, thinking of doing something pleasing to the owners, I first entered the bar/restaurant to get some water and a packet of crisps. Unfortunately I never have cash with me and I asked if I could pay by debit card: negative. I scrape together the few coins I have in my bag but they aren't enough for what I wanted to buy, so I decide to just take the water. The owner, no longer the same as 3 years ago, appears kind and tells me to take both anyway so I decide to give him all the money I have. I realized afterwards that I had paid much more for the goods than he had asked for (apparently the coins were well hidden in the bag) and he, despite having carefully counted what I had put on the counter, pretended nothing had happened. As for the outside area it was full of deer poop, but I don't think anything can be done about that...the games were in "good shape".

Frozen and inedible pizza....questionable menu, in the mountains you can't make me seafood salad and sea bream....and crazy prices.....french fries for €7....but not even in Milan, and this is just one example. 04/08/2024: We stayed here as a stopover .Room has a lovely king size bed, shower was good. The messages from the landlord were clear and friendly. Received tips for a refreshing dip in a nearby swimming pool. Had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The pizzas were delicious. In short, highly recommended.

28/07/2024: We booked the room not knowing quite what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised! We mostly booked for the location, which is perfect. Easy access to the train station and the ferry piers. We booked a double room with a lake view and we were not disappointed. The room was bigger than we expected and very clean. The bathroom is on the small side but was very clean as well. At check in we were greeted by Suzy, she was very kind and checked us in efficiently. Suzy helped carry the luggage to the room which is up 2 flights of stairs. The rooms are located directly behind check in and where breakfast is served. We booked a room with breakfast and were very happy with our decision. Even with the central location, the room was very quiet. Many choices including fresh cooked omelettes. There are usually two ladies working breakfast and both were very kind and helpful. If we return to Como we would definitely book this hotel again.
