14/10/2025: I'm no longer comfortable: being treated with a condescending air, tired and sleepy while having a great chat, is never professional. I'm not referring to the two owners I know. We're all the same, and if this is the service, you'll find places like this everywhere. Any references are purely coincidental. I hope action is taken.

26/09/2025: A small but welcoming place, ideal for a quick stop. I had an excellent kebab with a side salad, very tasty and well-prepared. The service was fast and punctual, perfect for those who want to eat well without waiting. Recommended!

26/10/2025: After 5 days in Italy and St.Moritz and paying way too much for very little food a bottle of water for 12 euros😢. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. Denise and the staff were friendly and not pretentious. The food came and I was surprised by the size, freshness and taste of the salad. The pizza was fantastic and the penne al salmone was very good. And keep in mind the prices were fair to low. In this very beautiful tourist filled place Denise serves good food at fair prices. Thank you for the pleasant surprise.

07/06/2025: I go to the place for an aperitif with friends. Good selection of craft beers served with chips, peanuts, and other snacks to eat. The staff is very kind and friendly. The variety of products sold is interesting, for a gift or to try something special. Unfortunately I haven't tasted anything yet and I hope to make some purchases soon!

03/10/2025: Wonderful location, but... A disappointing experience in every way. The dishes presented were careless, sloppily prepared, and the ingredients were of questionable quality. There was no attention to detail, nor respect for the customer, who expects at least a modicum of professionalism in the kitchen. In an industry where passion and quality should be paramount, I found only superficiality here. A restaurant that, in my opinion, is not worth the time or money spent.

02/10/2025: ㅎㅎㅎ The old man who makes coffee here is so cute. He showed me the author's name in the novel, explained the area using a map because he was born here, and even let me take a picture of him. ㅋ. Of course, the snacks tasted like supermarket products, but the coffee was really delicious. Since Bellagio has different prices, I paid 3 euros for a cappuccino and 2 euros for a snack. I thought they didn't accept credit cards, but they did😀 I gave him 2 euros first and he paid the rest by card. I think I made some good memories at Bellagio thanks to him. Thank you.

09/10/2025: Be aware they take advantage of tourist here! Atmosphere is amazing, food was good, drink was fair, bill was ridiculously expensive but the real kicker was when time to go we asked them to get us a taxi and that’s when things got bad. Should be easy right, not with this place. A Maserati shows up not a taxi, thirty minutes late and they forced us to pay 160 Euros. A Uber was four minutes away and would have cost half that. We got hosed by a really fancy hotel concierge and his counterpart at the hostess stand!

11/10/2025: Cold food... extremely slow service... after a 45-minute wait, the first measly dishes arrive (4 shrimp with packaged sauce, 4 pieces of tataki, etc.). Only one waitress serves the tables, and she does so while running and sweating... I wouldn't recommend this place...

26/09/2025: very good dinner, the food is really good, the place is very reminiscent of Japan itself, and the staff is very kind and friendly.
