19/04/2025: You will find a vast assortment but you will also find chocolate products during the Christmas period (we are at Easter), and disorder, almost a sense of dirt... Location in a small shopping center where elevators, escalators and external cleaning services are absolutely not working.

20/05/2025: Maybe yes, maybe no... the food is good but many things make you turn up your nose, waiters in disarray, they got the children's dishes wrong by getting the wrong table and bringing the cutlets almost 2 hours later (and after multiple requests), they exchanged some dishes from another table, they left an extra dish that wasn't ours and marked it, so then I was even asked to pay for it! The place could be fantastic BUT, it is completely left to itself, just look at what should be a walk in the pond with a nice gazebo/pergola... and instead you find something without sense, all rotten or broken and without a minimum of decorum. In short, it has a lot of potential but it is just not exploited. Very negative note: the menu included 1/4 of wine per person, a bit little, but we were asked for a surcharge for half a liter of wine more on a menu of €45 for more than 10 people, the cake obviously (made by the restaurant) did not even include a bottle of sparkling wine and obviously no one warned us that it was not included and obviously no one asked if we wanted it. Too many "problems" to come back again...

20/04/2025: Pranzo in un giorno di festa purtroppo non all’altezza delle aspettative. Forse per il pienone del locale che ha portato ad un’attesa media di 45’-50’ minuti prima della prima portata e tra un piatto e l’altro. Qualità del cibo nella media ma esecuzione proprio non ci siamo. Riso slegato, carne cruda nel secondo piatto e porzioni da rivedere. Peccato perché la location molto carina e immersa nel verde. Personale disponibile ma chiaramente in sovraccarico per l’eccessivo numero di persone da seguire in sala.

If you don't like the flavors of lake fish, choose only between two first courses and two second courses....we ask for penne all'amatriciana and they bring us (after more than half an hour) the trofie....then a cutter...ino...ino....of mixed cold cuts...15 euros for slices of poor quality and quantity....we will not return 😔

15/05/2025: Indirizzo consigliato dal concierge del nostro hotel, Villa d’Este. Accoglienza condiscendente, con un tocco di disprezzo, nel tentativo maldestro di imitare l’atmosfera di un “grande ristorante” trendy. Evidentemente non eravamo tra i loro clienti preferiti, e ce l’hanno fatto sentire. Avrei forse dovuto dire il prezzo della nostra camera (2.400 € a notte)… magari ci avrebbero trattati con più rispetto. Cucina comunque discreta

10/06/2025: Paramos a almorzar y nos sentamos en su terraza exterior. El servicio podría haber sido mejor. Había 4 camareros jóvenes / camarera y parecían estar por todas partes. Olvidaron un aperitivo y cuando se les habló de él, ni siquiera se disculparon o trataron de compensarlo. Fue una respuesta fría como oh bueno. A otras parejas les costó mucho conseguir lo que necesitaban, así que parece ser la norma en este lugar. Es una pena porque la comida era buena. Nada de más, pero fue bueno. Iremos a otro lugar la próxima vez.

03/06/2025: Taxa abusiva de serviço que não há chance de tirar. Nos cobraram água que não bebemos, meu prato de ravioli ao tartufo (pasmem, 7 raviolis) estava muito saboroso porém não serviria nem como entrada, que dirá um prato principal. Garçom foi grosseiro e disse que a tal taxa de serviço se cobra em toda Itália, nunca vi isso…sendo que antes daqui já havia vindo outras vezes para a Itália, e nesta viagem em questão também já havia passado por outras regiões. Resumindo, meia garrafa de vinho uma lasanha e os 7 raviolis €77,00

29/05/2025: Risotto with perch of excellent quality. Quiet location a little away from the lakeside. Excellent service. Very kind and friendly owner with whom we chatted a bit at the end of lunch. Everything perfect so, we will return soon.

18/05/2025: found by chance and in a hurry it turned out to be a real surprise, very large room, balcony with a view, large bathroom, very bright and clean room, comfortable beds, parking under the hotel, shame I couldn't try either the breakfast or the restaurant but I had other commitments

11/05/2025: Based on the photos, it can be concluded that each room has a balcony, which was important to me. We specifically booked a 3-person room and we were two because of the balcony with a view of the lake. After checking in and receiving the room key, we were surprised that there was no balcony, so we went back to the reception to say that it was probably a mistake, and the lady told us that to get a room with a balcony, we should call in advance and say that we wanted a balcony because there are no rooms with a balcony at the boking. I was surprised because it was in the photos (at least you could conclude that it was in the photos). Finally, seeing our dissatisfaction, the lady offered us a room with a balcony for which we had to pay 20 euros extra. Please pay attention because you may be unpleasantly surprised when you get there. The rest is acceptable.

12/04/2025: Per raggiungerlo, una passeggiata di una 20ina di minuti, ma non era stato specificato che sarebbero stati tutti in salita! Ma ne valeva la pena senza dubbio. Solo polenta , ma declinata in tantissimi modi. Ottima con le uova!!! Prezzi ragionevolissimi. Ottima la crostata
