02/08/2024: Very nice service (despite our lack of language skills)! The boss personally brought us the pizza and drinks on the bench next to the pizzeria. The pizza tasted excellent.

10/03/2024: Excellent piadinas, their specialty, in my opinion, is the cloud, a super soft dessert with drops of apricot jam. Sandwiches with olives or pieces of bacon in the dough are excellent. Every time I pass by I stop to buy something. Advised.

14/07/2024: Location molto molto bella ma purtroppo questo è stato l’unico punto forte della serata. Premetto che potrebbe essere stata una serata no, ma dal momento dell’arrivo il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare, abbiamo atteso 20 minuti il menù, altri 20 per ordinare, abbiamo preso il menù del giorno e tra una portata e l’altra passavano 45 minuti. Il servizio è stato molto confusionale, sbagliavano in continuazione i tavoli e le portate facevano giri infiniti prima di finire al tavolo giusto e spesso non volentieri i commenti tra i camerieri e il capo sala non molto consoni all’ambiente erano detti ad alta voce. Avevamo aspettative molto alte, ci aspettavamo più spiegazioni sul cibo e sui vini, consigli di abbinamenti ma nulla di tutto ciò, 4 portate sono state servite ogni volta da un cameriere diverso e il pane abbiamo dovuto chiederlo noi. Cibo buono ma non all’altezza di quel che abbiamo pagato.

18/07/2024: I'm giving one star because I can't do less otherwise I would have given 0 because I have a little girl who doesn't exceed 1.30 and he made me pay the full price because he said that the little girl is 1.30 but if it says that children pay 1.30 half, he had to pay half a point and that's it. These are clever and thieves!!!

21/08/2024: The one star for the atmosphere is because of the owner of the location.We were eating in total 7 times in the location during a period of 3 days(breakfast, lunch and dinner).The food is ok, the waiters more than ok but the owner is TERRIBLE.I hope he reads this review and maybe he will try to become a better person towards his employees and towards the clients.The owner is always very stressed and stirred in getting people of the street to come and eat in his location, he is ALWAYS unhappy with his waiters, shouting at them even if the waiters are doing their job more than perfect and the last night we were having dinner in his location he brought us the bill even if we didn't ask for the bill and were still eating, just to push us to leave the table for other clients, even if the location had in that moment a lot of empty tables.This was very rude.Dear owner, please try to treat your employees with more respect, they are the ones keeping your business UP, not you.You are bringing it down because of your attitude towards humans in general.

14/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato al Pinzimonio durante una visita al centro di Como. Ci siamo accomodati nei tavoli situati nella piazzetta esterna e ordinato pizza, focaccia, due gazpacho e un primo. Le portate sono state tutte molto buone, molto apprezzate pizze e focacce. La location e' molto carina, i prezzi un po' sopra la media (ad esempio l'insalata di pasta con gamberetti e' costata 21€, il caffè d'orzo piccolo 4€).

09/12/2023: I've been getting pizza for years and I've always had a great time, they offer various products and a wide choice, and they're also the only ones in the area to have lactose-free mozzarella. But, the last 5 times (I wanted to give ample margin for recovery) the quality has really dropped a lot. The stuffed pizzas practically arrive empty. There are 3 km of cornice (tomato only), the quality of the tomato has completely changed, before it had flavour, I found some basil leaves perdiko. Now it arrives bland, without taste and it's a real shame. I really hope they get back on track.

16/08/2024: Quiet place surrounded by greenery, excellent and plentiful food, welcoming and clean location, excellent service, the only flaw in this heat was that there was no air conditioning, we will be back.

04/06/2024: I think I gave 3 stars in addition to having given a good review, probably the first rating must have been entered due to incorrect typing!.. However, a quiet site surrounded by greenery next to a watercourse, several farm animals including ostriches, suitable environment for children, groups and disabled people, ample free parking, renovated structure with exposed wooden beams, with rooms divided into rooms on the ground floor and first floor, good table service and food, clearly being a farmhouse: not suitable for particularly demanding customers !..

08/08/2024: I found myself working in this location as a wedding photographer and I must say that, after many years of experience, I had to face, for the first time, a complete and total lack of collaboration from the staff, starting from the managers! Let's start with the timing, everything calculated by the location without taking into account the possible unforeseen events or delays that are inevitable in a wedding, the solution in those cases would be maximum collaboration between the professionals so that everything goes smoothly in such a way that, the bride, nor the guests, have the opportunity to notice any problems that may arise during construction. Here, however, the unexpected or delay had to be managed solely and exclusively by myself who had to adapt and work with very tight deadlines and in some cases also forced to give up taking some shots due to lack of time and continuous pressure from the location managers . Pressure which obviously also affected the bride, continually put under stress by the constant demands of respecting the times dictated by the location. Just to give an example, but there would be at least a dozen of them, the guests who had just finished eating the second course and then the wedding cake appeared in the garden... without obviously anyone having told me anything. Among other things, the cake was placed in the dark and, given the very tight deadlines, there was no possibility for me to ask for a better positioning... The clear feeling, to be diplomatic, is that there was, for some mysterious reason, the desire to finish as soon as possible..... For the less young, a bit like the scene from the film "Fantozzi" where the unlikely orchestra of the New Year's Eve he sets the clock forward to be able to cover another end-of-year party. This is just to lighten things up, but the reality is a total lack of professionalism and collaboration!! Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED for couples about to get married and a warning for professionals who find themselves having to work at the location.

05/08/2024: Daughter's wedding yesterday. Stunning location. Calm. Flowers everywhere. Excellent lunch, as was the service. All very beautiful.

29/03/2024: Our daughter's eighteenth birthday party took place in the private room below. We were able to decorate as we wanted, plentiful and, according to all the guests, good quality apricena, real cocktails (not watered down), kind and very helpful staff! We highly recommend it!

14/07/2024: Absolutely LOVED our stay here. The room was large and clean with an amazing view and two balconies. The free breakfast was great, very good selection and the owner was absolutely lovely, giving us recommendations on where to go and helping us with anything we needed. The hotel is so close to the ferry and bus stop and has many great restaurants within walking distance. Lake como is a very expensive place to stay but this was super affordable with the best view and location, I am not sure there are many other hotels like that at this price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to como and will definitely be back! Thanks Hotel Riviera!
