We arrived by boat, and that alone creates a certain atmosphere; then you sit down, a view of the lake, white tablecloths, glasses, discreet service. Everything is coherent, nothing forced. The menu doesn't have a thousand confusing options: a few well-chosen dishes, in keeping with tradition and the place. These are rare places, especially in this area where mass tourism has transformed many establishments into something anonymous and interchangeable.
