25/06/2024: Great place, where we enjoyed our short stay in Como. We had morning cappuccino with brioche every morning in this place and on our third visit, they already knew what we drink and eat. Our dog got biscuit every morning and special attention. Thank you for your hospitality.

22/06/2024: Crazy prices. Kindness of the staff: zero. Practically this place now only has the name, because even the pizzas themselves aren't all that great. 22/08/2024: This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but it is more like a 2 star. I pre-paid for 3 days but I left after 2 and lost the money I paid. Pros: 1. location. It is 2 minutes walk to ferry and right off the lake with beautiful views. 2. The pool by the lake. Con: 1. The room is rundown with old furnishings. There are no decorations. The walls are bare with the exception of a TV that doesn’t work. 2. The TV doesn’t work. After traveling through Europe for 2 weeks, I came to Lake Como to relax and do nothing in beautiful surroundings. I was looking forward to lazying around in a beautiful hotel room watching TV. No such luck here. 3. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. 4. The water temperature barely got above cold, so I could not enjoy even a hot shower. 5. There is no iron in the room. You have to go downstairs to the iron room to use an iron. Such an inconvenience. 6. Pricing. This place is expensive for no reason. From the nightly rate to food prices. They say, you get what you pay for. I paid for way more than I got. If you stay here, do be informed.

06/08/2024: Good quality food, poor service, waiting after the end of dinner for well over an hour: I call the guy with the Bridge piercing and the horse and pawn tattoo on his arm and he tells me wait.... more arrived at the table. But during the service he was always nice and polite. I call the curly blonde lady with long hair, annoyed she comes to the table to order the desserts not a smile or a nod of anything, the brunette girl behind the cashier with glasses arrives and clears the table for us. Notice the coffees first and then the desserts arrive. Note well, the lady with blonde curly hair also responds badly because to a question about a sandwich included with chips on the side we asked if we could change the chips and in an annoyed and arrogant tone... and no you can't if they are already there!! !!!!!! Whereupon we ordered a separate portion. I believe to do this job or any job in contact with the public you must always have a smile, whatever happens and whatever has happened to you during the day or if you woke up badly, dear curly blonde, customers always hope to find a comfortable environment. 06. 08.24

02/08/2024: Abbiamo visitato questo ristorante con la famiglia dopo il cinema. Siamo entrati verso le 20:30 e, essendo in sei, abbiamo chiesto un tavolo che imitava una carrozza. Tuttavia, ci è stato negato perché ci hanno detto che era per otto persone, non per sei. Ho fatto presente alla cameriera che era il 2 di agosto e il ristorante era mezzo vuoto; inoltre, avevano tre di questi tavoli 'carovana' e tutti e tre erano liberi. Nonostante ciò, non ci hanno permesso di sederci lì e ci hanno fatto accomodare altrove. Siamo entrati con i tre tavoli che desideravamo ancora vuoti e siamo usciti che erano ancora vuoti, come era prevedibile. Questi signori non conoscono la customer experience. Pertanto, l'attenzione al cliente è pessima.

07/05/2024: You struggle to find a seat, and the staff doesn't consider you... if you find a seat it's ok otherwise they won't bother to seat you.

01/05/2024: Tempi di attesa lunghi e proprietaria maleducata e scortese, esperienza pessima. Nessun rispetto per il cliente, non ci torneremo.
