In short, food (given the price!!!): super spicy squid ink linguine (?!?), horse fillet with black garlic (a crumb) with a pumpkin flan, too bad it was only half, and then fregola (?!?) or similar, 10 grains on the plate..but why!?!
Wide margin for improvement... I would focus on the taste and essentiality of the dishes
Ps. The crumble is actually a kind of apple pie, here too a thousand things on the plate, but overall they lack balance

21/03/2025: Whenever we're in the area, we eat here. The food is fabulous! The chef is fantastic, leaves nothing to be desired, and the service is just as friendly and enthusiastic! The dessert platter is always a highlight for us! It's great to have the "old" hosts back!

23/02/2025: Fabulous 3-day stay in Torno on Lake Como, ideally located, the hotel has incredible charm, it is on the lakeside, quiet, the rooms are modern, spacious and very clean with a beautiful view of the lake.
Nice welcome in French, the lady at reception is a good tourist guide! The restaurant is very good with creative cuisine

25/03/2025: Unfortunately I was disappointed. The tart has shortcrust pastry, soft and not crumbly. The filling is excessively sweet, it does not allow you to distinguish the flavor of the cream from the apple. The muffin is heavy and not soft at all. The price is definitely high, 250 c.u.
