Pasticceria Citterio is a must-visit if you're visiting Canzo or just passing through.
It has won several awards in recent years as one of the best pastry shops in Italy.
And indeed, the brioches and pastries are delicious!
The quality of the coffee is also truly excellent.

We discovered this pastry shop by chance while looking for realistic fruit near us, and I must say that, in addition to fruit, we found a wide selection of pastries. Today we went to pick up a delicious millefeuille cake! What can I say? Congratulations, congratulations! 🙏

Four stars, not five, because I haven't tried their entire selection. But I find the pastries and panettone very good, as far as I'm concerned. Even the cannoncini, which I can never find with the perfect crunchiness and flavor combination, are excellent here. The staff is attentive and friendly. I'd like to point out a point about the pastries: the plastic tray instead of the paper one is more elegant, but it's difficult to pick up/eat them.

The pastries and desserts were absolutely delicious. The croissants were fresh, flaky, and full of flavor, and the selection of sweets was fantastic. Everything tasted freshly made and of excellent quality.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast or a sweet treat.
