This is a nice Italian restaurant on Lake Lugano (Paradiso, Switzerland). The food and service was great. The salad was fresh and the Sicilian spaghetti was good. Bit the place is a bit expensive, but then everything is expensive here.

Rodrigo Ristorante Pizzeria — a place worth coming back to, and we did, twice! From the carbonara to the spaghetti with clams, lasagna, and calamari, every single dish was absolute perfection. The pasta is rich and comforting, the seafood fresh and delicate. The staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in, and the views are simply stunning. A complete experience.

17/07/2026: Highly recommended, especially if you're vegan or have food intolerances like us. They offer various gluten-free (thin) pizzas and pizzas with plant-based cheese, but there are also interesting options on the main and dessert menu. The Indian-style potatoes were delicious, the buckwheat, chocolate, and raspberry cake was excellent, and the house Cabernet was truly delicious. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. Definitely worth a try!
