28/10/2025: We went there twice, both times with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere.
It's best to make a reservation for the evening, otherwise you'll just have to wait until something is available. Luckily, we always got something. Dogs are welcome.
For two people, we paid €55 including tip for two appetizers, two main courses, one dessert, and two drinks. I think that's fine. The homemade lemonades are very tasty, though perhaps a bit too sweet for some.

25/10/2025: We came for lunch with our 3-year-old daughter. The person in charge of the dining room didn't offer us anything for our daughter (a small plate or spoon). She didn't seem happy to have us as customers. The dishes were good and nicely presented. After our dishes, she cleared away without offering us coffee or dessert. 7 euros for cutlery is very expensive, especially with unfriendly service. I do not recommend.

15/03/2026: We had lunch at Maso Guera in Ponte di Legno and were very satisfied. We ate excellent pizzoccheri, truly flavorful and well-made, and very good and plentiful polenta with mushrooms: typical mountain dishes prepared with care.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, in perfect mountain style, and the staff was kind and helpful. We were also pleased to find a changing table for our baby, a much-appreciated detail that makes the place even more convenient for families.
An ideal place to stop for lunch after a day in the mountains. Recommended!
06/03/2026: We frequented this place several times during our skiing holiday in Ponte di Legno, and were always warmly received, assigned a table, and most importantly - enjoyed great food. We had different pizzas which were amazing (suggesting esp. quattto stagione), pastas (the one with deer was delicious I could've eaten every night), meat (pork knuckle w polenta rocks) and everything else. Service is friendly and fast, you feel it's a family business with all the care given, a d would be very happy to come back. Keep on great work.

17/02/2026: The Caninì restaurant in Borno has a lovely atmosphere and the food is quite good, though a bit pricey for what they offer.
Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the slow service: the staff was incredibly slow and unorganized, even when there wasn't much preparation to do. It wasn't just our experience; other customers also complained about the wait times. Speed and organization are crucial in a restaurant, and unfortunately, the slowness here was truly annoying and detracted from the enjoyment of the meal.
