06/04/2024: We were there for dinner with 4 people without a reservation and were given a friendly and warm welcome despite the restaurant being full. We were given a small but completely sufficient table.
The food was very good, the service was also great.
Price/performance doesn't get any better!!!!

Average prices considering that the place has a beautiful view. The dishes are also quite generous. The types of focaccias you need are good.

29/03/2024: This a very cozy restaurant with two fireplaces and one of them is used to grill the meat. The meat was fantastic as well as all the other food. We liked it all. We can definitely recommend it.
09/12/2023: Kitchen is experimental with always new menu designs. I have been a guest here since it opened and have never been disappointed myself or my guests. Every visit includes a culinary surprise.

01/11/2023: Nello scoprire Tignale abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di cenare al Terrazzo per le due sere in cui la cittadina lacustre ci ha avuti come ospiti. Al Terrazzo godrete di un personale cordiale, un proprietario gentile e premuroso che prepara con maestria materie prime eccellenti (la carne alla brace è eccezionale). Non abbiamo potuto godere della terrazza che si affaccia sul lago a 500 metri d’altezza e di bellezza ma torneremo sperando di trovare un tavolo, il calore e la bontà di questi giorni con il plus della vista!

31/03/2024: We went there because of the distillery during our Bardolino vacation. Of course now in March everything is unfortunately closed. But the lady of the house still explained the distillery to us and we were able to test it. You can buy top grappa at very fair prices. Thank you.
26/12/2023: We went to this enchanting place by scooter. The welcome was warm, which ran like a common thread throughout the entire stay. The apartment was very clean, the bed had no cracks for visitors, a place to linger. The outdoor area invites you to chill out. A football field, an outdoor swimming pool and a climbing park nearby. And best of all, the restaurant in the courtyard. You can easily reach the next town on foot, there is a lot to discover there.

Abbiamo organizzato un raduno automobilistico con molti partecipanti e ci siamo appoggiati alla GTS per gli alloggi e per pranzi e cene presso le strutture che gestiscono a Tignale, la pizzeria Apollo XI e il ristorante al Naturale presso il residence Panorama la Forca. Si può dire solo una parola: impeccabili. Ottima l'organizzazione del buffet, ottimi i piatti, ma, soprattutto, ottima la gestione di un numeroso gruppo di persone molto eterogenee, in alcuni casi con esigenze particolari. Tutto il personale, dall'hotel, i responsabili, i camerieri si è dimostrato all'altezza per con molta attenzione anche alle esigenze dei singoli, con simpatia abbinata a grande disponibilità e professionalità. Bravissimi

Wir wollten jetzt, Aug 2023 sehr gerne wieder zum Essen kommen, leider ist das wohl nicht mehr möglich und wir haben die Gelegenheit verpasst.
Ich bewerte daher auch nur das Essen!
Wir waren 2021 bei euch zum Essen und aus meiner Sicht war es einzigartig, tolles Ambiente, tolles Essen, Service und Gebäude toll!!!!!!! Eure Welt, unsre Urlaubswelt, sehr schön und erstrebenswert.
Schade, dass ich wohl zu spät dran bin mit meiner Bewertung, aber was gesagt werden muss, ….

Albergo Ristorante Castello

13/09/2023: Eine kleine Dachterrasse mit nur 6 Tischen und einem herrlichen Blick auf den See.
Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ich hatte das Kotelett mit grüner Pfeffersauce und Pommes Frites. Sehr zu empfehlen, speziell die Fritten waren super, die besten die seit langen gegessen habe.
Die Portionen sind so groß, dass man auch gut die Antipasti vorweg nehmen konnte. Sehr gut!
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Abend und zum Schluss noch ein längeres Gespräch mit dem Inhaber mit interessanten Hintergründen.
Ich das Restaurant nur empfehlen.
12/09/2023: Wir bewerten das Restaurant im Albergo Castello. Wie so viele andere haben auch wir es beim Bummeln durch die engen Gassen der Altstadt von Gardola eher zufällig entdeckt. Auf den ersten Blick von außen ist nicht ersichtlich, dass sich hier eine kleine Dachterrasse versteckt, von der man einen wundervollen Blick über die alten Dächer auf die Kirche, den See und den Monte Baldo hat. Beim zweiten Besuch waren wir so schlau, rechtzeitig zu reservieren und den absolut besten Tisch für 2 Personen zu bekommen (Nr. 1). Die Bedienung ist herzlich, das Essen so lecker, dass auch wir als Deutsche uns zur typisch italienischen Speisenfolge mit allen dazu gehörigen Gängen und den passenden Getränken hinreißen ließen, und das ganze gab es zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Wir empfehlen besonders die Gnochetti als primo piatto, sowohl mit Trüffel als auch mit Gorgonzola und Walnüssen eine wunderbar leckere Portion Soulfood. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Gardola kehren wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier ein.
