07/06/2026: I truly believe that eating well is for the few, or for those who appreciate what many cannot even perceive. A unique experience, where every course left me speechless. Every flavor paired perfectly on the palate, and the only positive response I could have was the clean plate. A pairing of flavors, even with wine, with a history and a studied research. There is love and passion, in the kitchen, in the dining room, and in the attention to every detail. Thank you for this dinner.

02/06/2026: Incredibly delicious pasta dishes!! A must-try when in Salò. They make their own pasta here, as well as the typical Sicilian bread. The staff is very friendly. We had the Funghi and the 3 Pomodori, and both were absolutely delicious. A Tiramisu to finish is a must—delicious!

19/05/2026: Strategically located right at the beginning of the beautiful lakeside promenade in Salò, the clean and fragrant room is equipped with everything you need and a courtesy kit. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast is varied and plentiful.

The wine pairings are perfect for tantalizing your taste buds and leaving you wanting more. The service is very friendly, warm, attentive, and professional. You feel like you're in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

22/04/2026: The food was excellent! The service was very friendly, although the restaurant is a bit dimly lit since it has no windows. Nevertheless, it's a real hidden gem; the cuisine is far superior to comparable restaurants in the area.

30/03/2026: Even though the entrance is unassuming and the prices aren't for the budget-conscious, our expectations for lunch were more than met. The Osteria's website gives a good indication of what to expect. Even as a (bicycle) tourist, you're greeted warmly upon arrival and shown to your table. In addition to the clear yet varied menu, available in three languages, there are also unobtrusive recommendations from the kitchen. Each of the delicious and beautifully presented dishes is explained in detail as it's served. The wait between courses is reasonable, given the fresh preparation. If you don't want to eat quickly in the tourist bustle on the lakefront, but rather enjoy a leisurely and delicious meal, you'll be exceptionally well served at Osteria Di Mezzo. We'll gladly return when we're in the area again.
