28/03/2024: This restaurant was recommended to us and confirmed our expectations! The dining room staff is attentive and friendly and, having mentioned by chance that it was my partner's birthday, they put a candle at the dessert. We ate an appetizer of delicious cheeses and Florentine, perfect cooking and excellent quality! Quality at the right price! The wines on display are beautiful!
17/03/2024: Esperienza unica! Una trattoria come si deve ma qualità altissima! Menù degustazione da urlo, degli agnolotti sento ancora il gusto. Che dire della tagliata? Eccezionale!
Unica pecca, ma scelta mia, il vino sfuso non proprio ottimo, ma me la sono cercata!

26/03/2024: Great food! Seafood pasta very good and great portion. Service was also good and attentive, but no one could speak even two words of English. The only deduction is the ambience, which seems super cold and cool inside.

17/02/2024: Al contrario dell ultima volta, ci siamo trovati malissimo. Prenotazione ore 19.40 pizza arrivata alle ore 20.45. Pessima, secca. Spiegazione avevano un pizzaiolo nuovo e poco esperto. Forse non è il caso di fargli imparare di sabato d con il locale pieno. Inoltre pizza arrivata diversa da quella ordinata, e la cameriera quasi scocciata. Delusa.

02/01/2024: Starting from Val Palot, crossing obstacles of all kinds (waterways without bridges), ice, snow, you reach the refuge where you can enjoy an excellent barley soup, amazing local ravioli and a delicious donkey stew with polenta... I haven't seen the rooms so I can't comment.. Highly recommended
02/01/2024: Abbiamo cenato e pernottato durante l'ultimo dell'anno in questo rifugio, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa mezz'ora dal parcheggio di Passabocche, situato poco sotto punta Caravina sul Monte Guglielmo. Il rifugio si trova a circa 1.600 metri d'altezza. La struttura non è grande, ma questa caratteristica permette a chi la frequenta di godere di un clima famigliare e molto conviviale. Abbiamo cenato e pernottato da loro, casoncelli FOTONICI!. Siamo stati proprio bene. Un applauso ai rifugisti che hanno cercato in ogni modo di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Prezzi più che onesti.

20/12/2023: Ottima cena in questo stupendo ristorante,arredamento elegante e servizio impeccabile.Piatti ricercati e precisi nei minimi dettagli.Dall'antipasto al dolce la cena si trasforma in un esplosione di sapori.Pane rigorosamente fatto in casa così come i grissini.
Personale in sala perfetto, disponibile,gentile e super preparato.D'altronde in un locale dove la cucina è spettacolare e il servizio è magico l'esperienza di gusto non può che diventare indimenticabile❤️
13/12/2023: Solo un paio di anni fà era un ottimo pranzo di lavoro; ora non più, ma cmq anche le offerte alla carta sono interessanti e rimane una ottima soluzione di qualità; quindi possiamo consigliarlo.

Wrong choice of music (they were literally playing breakup songs on repeat).
Service was quick, but didn't feel great. I'm not usually fussed about service, but then they started to go around the tables planning someone's birthday party while we were eating???)
Food was actually horrible. I had a lamb stew and it was gross. Barely any meat, and full of cartilage and connective tissue, in a watery brother with undercooked vegetables.
Awful honestly.

22/01/2024: I discovered this place by chance, we went to Pisogne for a tour, my wife and I, and also our furry friend! given the lunch time, we were looking for a nice place to eat, and behind the main street of the lake we came across this trattoria. A little hidden, but well known by residents and frequent visitors, this made me understand that the food was good here. In fact, I had no doubts. An old-fashioned trattoria, like once upon a time, unobtainable. We ate divinely, as first courses local casoncelli, and then, I stew with polenta, my wife scallops, to drink a carafe of red wine, all very good, Mr. Gabriele, I think the owner, a kind and caring person, I think his mother was in the kitchen, everything is family run. We had a great time, I'll keep the business card for next time... Cheap prices..

18/03/2024: Nothing to say about the food, good.....the service a little less (the waitresses were kind), the first courses arrived in the right time, the second courses instead arrived with the potatoes as a side dish to the Florentine half an hour after the first courses and the Florentine later another 20 minutes from the potatoes (orally cold and reheated after my request)... to make up for the mistake I was offered some grilled vegetables that I didn't even ask for, and a bitter at the end of the dinner that perhaps they offer to everyone as a habit. ...I would have preferred a discount when paying the bill...no excuses when paying...
