12/05/2026: As of today: By far the best ice cream. I have never tasted comparable ice cream anywhere else. Every flavor is an absolute taste sensation.
09/05/2026: This artisan ice cream shop is highly rated, so I stopped by and it was confirmed. The ice cream is fantastic, though the place is unassuming. It's worth trying. I recommend the salted pistachio, salted caramel, mango, and hazelnut. They were all very tasty and distinctive.

10/05/2026: We had wanted to visit this osteria with its outstanding view for a long time. Finally, on May 9th, 2026! The ambiance was exceptional, and the two owners and hosts provided very attentive and personal service. The view over the southern part of Lake Garda was breathtaking. We had the seasonal tasting menu – and every single bite was an explosion of flavor. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! 👌🙏🫶
01/05/2026: Beautiful entrance, large space, out-of-place modern art, good dishes but some poorly explained, very high prices. 6. I agree with what was written previously about water, coffee, and cover charge! Service was inattentive for the "height" of the place. I was left with crumbs on the table while another table was being cleaned, only because I was looking at the reviews and I was seen! I ordered a first course, brought in a large "bowl," for a place of this height, naaaaaaa! Place to review and revise the merits given previously!

08/05/2026: Our favorite restaurant in Moniga del Garda.
Excellent quality, refined flavors, and a superb selection. Fine dining combined with down-to-earth, authentic dishes. The pizzas and pastas are especially outstanding. They also have a delicious selection of wines – including organic options. The tiramisu is divine.
Very welcoming and a pleasantly family-like atmosphere. Reservations are definitely recommended.

We ate there three times and everything was delicious.
Whether pizza, lasagna, or spaghetti carbonara, even the fish, everything is highly recommended.
Be sure to try the homemade tiramisu!
The wonderful, warm service is also worth mentioning. Francesca and her colleagues were always cheerful and friendly.
We would definitely go back to this restaurant.
There is a large, free public parking lot five minutes away.
05/04/2026: I found my tagliolini with porcini mushrooms rather mediocre.

01/06/2026: The pizza is decent; there are better ones, but also significantly worse. For the price, you can eat very well here!
25/04/2026: We used to come here quite often over 10 years ago and were always very satisfied.
After many years, we wanted to eat there again, for old times' sake.
The service was great. Unfortunately, the pizza was only average; the dough was undercooked, and the prosciutto was very thin and sparse.
The price is good.
The fish platter is very tasty.

03/05/2026: Fabulous location. Eating with a lake view is priceless. Add the moonlight reflecting on the lake in the evening... you get the idea 😉. We stayed over the weekend. Beautiful, well-maintained rooms. Comfortable and very cute. Unfortunately, ours didn't have a lake view, but I'll fix that next time! The food... everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. The only flaw I found: the room reception and dinner reservation management could be improved 😜! You deserve 110/110! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.
29/04/2026: Fantastic agriturismo, it was a dream stay.
The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is super abundant and delicious.
Excellent location surrounded by greenery with a lake view. It's a shame it didn't last long, but we'll be back to visit Frank, who made us feel right at home!

22/03/2026: I bought the skewer to take out on Sunday, with baked potatoes and polenta.
Very good, cooked to perfection, and the meat was tender, with generous portions.
The counter is well-stocked; I'll definitely stop by for more.
30/12/2025: "Gastronomia da Alberto" is a lovely shop where you can buy excellent prepared foods, also made to order. You can also find many other delicious, high-quality items at reasonable prices. The owners are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive.

03/05/2026: Wonderful place right on the lakefront. Very kind and fast staff. Thin-crust pizza but very good. The spaghetti with sardines and cherry tomatoes was plentiful and excellent. Very good prices. A truly wonderful experience.
15/04/2026: The waiter was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere was beautiful, with a lake view. The beer selection ranged from classics to some very good German beers. The pizzas were amazing. I highly recommend them for a good pizza and beer while admiring the restaurant and the lake.

03/06/2026: I’m writing this review while waiting for my order and it’s been AT LEAST 45 minutes since I ordered. Even in peak busy hours no costumer should wait that long. Disgraceful.
And not to get started on the food - almost an hour to prepare a carpaccio that doesn’t even taste that good, the fungi pasta tastes like it just came out of the factory, and after such a long wait, non of us had any appetite. Avoid this place, better go to the ones around it.
03/06/2026: Beware- this is a classic tourist trap.
I’m so disappointed.
We made a reservation for 20:00. Then waited for an already empty table for more than 30 minutes before seated.
Once our order was made it took 45 minutes to get the starters!!
Each plate was brought to the table 7-10 minutes apart, so at every point one was eating and the other were watching.
It looked like a great restaurant- but eventually one of the worst I ever had.
The final straw was overpriced food and uses frozen produce

09/05/2026: Today I had lunch at this restaurant. It's located off the main square in Moniga and is worth a visit. I had a delicious French galette. I always love going back...fantastic food and very kind owners. Excellent place, I recommend it.

It's a small but delightful bar, and the food is excellent, offering French cuisine.
When I return to Moniga, it's the first place that comes to mind for dining.
The service is very attentive, and the owners are very friendly and make you feel at ease.
I highly recommend it.

The pizza chef told us he learned the art of pizza making from his father at the age of 6—and you can taste it! 25 years of experience can be tasted in every bite of these truly delicious pizzas!
