17/03/2024: Ottima pausa pranzo in una giornata bellissima al passo del Tonale. Servizio veloce cortese e buono a partire dai croissant per la nostra merenda fino al vero e proprio pranzo. Squisiti i pizzoccheri così come i canederli in brodo. Menu vario con prezzi giusti. Tutte le ragazze sorridenti e simpatiche. Ho anche fatto volare il mio Drone proprio di fianco il ristorante per riportare la bellezza del paesaggio.

05/01/2024: Ristorante dell’albergo omonimo e senza recensioni non invita a fermarsi. Una volta entrati sembra di tornare negli anni 70, con i camerieri simpaticissimi ed il cibo eccellente, soprattutto i primi. Assolutamente da consigliare.

04/01/2024: A volte, anche di rado, è bello concedersi un pranzo o una cena in un ambiente elegante, sofisticato, dove è la vista il senso più appagato, tra la ricchezza degli arredi e la perfezione della location... Ma tutto questo non c'entra nulla con il ristorante Frigidolfo. Intendiamoci, l'ambiente è a suo modo accogliente e il personale cortese. Ma non si viene qui per questo. Qui l'unica cosa che davvero conta è la qualità primigenia del cibo: ruspante, di sostanza e qualitativo. Alla larga gli insopportabili snob eternamente insoddisfatti e dalle viscere rattrapite come le loro espressioni. Qui si gode, prima di tutto dei piaceri della Carne. Nel caso nostro, una lussureggiante e mastodontica fiorentina come è difficile trovare nel nord Italia. Non avendo -per limiti fisici intrinseci- potuto sperimentare altre portate, ci limitiamo a quattro stelle. Ma, chissà, in futuro e ad un esame più approfondito, potrebbero diventare cinque. Bravi davvero. In Italia ci sono troppi Cracco e troppo pochi Frigidolfo.

16/03/2024: Have lunch with friends. A goulash, a vegan burger, polenta salami and grilled cheese, all excellent and served with generous rations, two medium sized ones, three waters and three coffees. Excellent value for money. Very nice location directly on the ski slopes.

17/03/2024: Excellent restaurant, found by chance along the promenade that goes from Ponte di Legno to Vezza and a little hidden among old buildings. Here we enjoyed excellent cuisine in a beautiful, welcoming and peaceful environment. The service was very good and the dishes well presented. Average prices for the place. To try.

25/02/2024: Let me start by saying that we chose this restaurant due to the excellent Google reviews. As soon as you enter the place looks very good, welcoming and warm. Very friendly staff and good service (perhaps too fast). Unfortunately, a sore point about the food which absolutely does not justify the price. The dishes are well served and present themselves well to the eye. We took the mushroom flan as a starter, a semifreddo pie arrived that didn't even smell like mushrooms. The "three arches" pizzoccheri are very salty and have no flavour. The veal cheek was spectacularly cooked but here too it lacked flavor and the potato rosti on which it was placed were barely lukewarm.

31/03/2024: Easter 2024. Typical alpine refuge environment. You can reach it comfortably via chair lift, even on foot. Fixed menu for adults, with the possibility of modifications, choice for children. Divinely eaten, excellent service (punctual, precise and very kind). Nice wine list, wine served by the very kind owner. Extremely happy with everything.

26/03/2024: Very nice restaurant, original decoration from wine bottles. to cross the slopes. Terrace and food inside. A large selection when you come for lunch at 12 o'clock. Later they only have something, but you will find each other. Great coffee.

02/02/2024: Abbiamo pernottato una notte nella camera lago Scuro con sauna e vasca idromassaggio in camera. Non essendo sciatori, siamo saliti con la comoda cabinovia dopo pranzo in modo da sfruttare più che altro la SPA che consta di una sauna e una relativamente ampia vasca idromassaggio interna vista montagne davvero spettacolare. All'esterno sono presenti altre due vasche idromassaggio in cui ci si può immergere al caldo con intorno la neve. Ovviamente finché le piste sono aperte intorno a quest'ultimo spazio ci sarà sempre casino e movimento, il che forse non le rende perfette per il relax, ma ammetto di non essermi arrischiata fuori. La sauna fra gli 85 e i 90 gradi, acqua dell'idromassaggio piacevole, ma i getti la raffreddavano un po'. Zona relax con quattro o cinque tisane a disposizione oltre a due altre cabine ad infrarossi singole a mio avviso un po' sacrificate. Eravamo circa in 8 a girare negli spazi e si stava comunque comodi, devo dire. La camera è uno spettacolo, calda, accogliente e con la sauna con vista montagne che toglie il fiato e da sola vale la visita. Molto comoda anche la Jacuzzi con cromoterapia. La cena è forse la parte meno entusiasmante del soggiorno. Come entrée ci è stata servita una fetta di speck attorno a un formaggio tipo caprino con infilata dentro una foglia di insalata. A seguire abbiamo potuto scegliere fra 3 piatti per ciascuna portata. Molto buono il tortino di verdure e formaggio, mediocri i miei 5 ravioli, mentre gli gnocchi di mio marito sono stati più apprezzati. Come secondo io avevo una striminzita, ma saporitissima selezione di formaggi, mentre mio marito il pesce che ha trovato altrettanto gustoso. Mi ha lasciata un po' interdetta la tempistica. Considerando che avevano tutti già i piatti scelti in anticipo (chiedono di compilare il menù desiderato prima di cena), siamo rimasti seduti dalle 19.30 alle 21.45 con sole 12 persone da servire, un po' tanto a mio avviso. Colazione con dolce e salato buona, soprattutto la crostata. Anche qui servizio un po' da rivedere, si sono dimenticati i nostri cappuccini nonostante avessero, appunto, solo 12 persone presenti e la maggior parte già servita. In conclusione il posto è molto bello, c'è anche la possibilità di dormire negli igloo o nelle bolle (con accesso ai servizi della vicina spa), e per chi sia credo sia un plus poter poi usufruire sin da subito delle piste. Migliorerei solo un po' il servizio, anche nelle piccole cose. Siamo usciti prima di colazione a respirare un po' d'aria buona e intorno alla SPA c'erano dei bicchieri abbandonati con lo spritz ghiacciato che non facevano una grandissima figura. Vero che si tratta, formalmente, di un rifugio, ma la veste scelta di sicuro non lo è, come non lo sono i prezzi, e ci si aspetterebbe un poco più di attenzione. Se siete in coppia e sciate, comunque, destinazione top!

30/01/2024: Per arrivarci ci sn 2 cabinovie che ti regalano una vista mozzafiato , arrivati in cima il rifugio offre giá una sensazione di pace e relax e per chi scia la possibilitá di divertirsi a 2 passi dalla tua location 😊 Abbiamo pernottato una notte con cena colazione e spa inclusi Abbiamo preso una camera da 4 (soppalcato ) cn vista sulle piste (stupendo ) Ogni camera ha un nome con una storia che riguarda le piste circostanti .. a voi il bello di scoprirlo 😊 in alternativa ci sn le Sky room o gli iglu A pranzo la formula self service molto funzionale e tutto SQUISITO ! Nel Pomeriggio si puó accedere alla spa cn vista piste o crogiolarsi nelle vasche idromassaggio esterne , gustandosi un ‘ottimo aperitivo ! Cena PRELIBATA E PORZIONI perfette. La mattina dp abbiamo fatto una piccola ciaspolata e saluti a 3000 metri cn un’ultimo pezzo di cabinovia Colazione perfetta ! Personale dell’hotel da 100 e lode , giovani simpatici e molto attenti ! Ci siamo stati poco ma la sensazione di essere fuori dal mondo ti avvolge subito così da sembrare una vacanza di una settimana CONSIGLIATISSIMO

01/04/2024: "On the skin" I immediately felt that the place deserved it... and my expectations were fully satisfied! Enchanting location, the delightful hospitality of Roberto and Giovanni and their extremely helpful and smiling staff, the rooms which are jewels, with attention to every detail, and a cuisine decidedly above the mountain "standard" which from the abundant breakfast to dinner, tempts you with top quality materials, they made the Easter weekend a wonderful break!!! For the next winter skiing at Tonale and, why not, even before, for some summer excursions, we will certainly know where to return...💞 🏔️🌄
