03/05/2025: The square was nice, but guys, the sanitary conditions of the outside tables are embarrassing.
Full of cigarette ash, crumbs, and generally dirty.
In front of me, the owner "cleaned" the previously occupied table with a bar napkin (the hard ones), and the only thing he achieved was smearing dirt and ash everywhere.
Then the staff... you walk in and they don't say hello. They play cards with customers or friends while you wait... The waitress didn't even set my table with a paper placemat... so I ate directly on the dirty table.
All very questionable.
Hmm.

08/01/2026: We dined at this restaurant on New Year's Eve and can say that the food was good and served at the right temperatures for the various dishes. Unfortunately, the only thing we didn't like was the lack of fairness due to the arbitrary price increases for some dishes compared to the menu displayed. When it came time to pay, we trusted the waiter without checking, and our trust was misplaced. We didn't appreciate it.
01/01/2026: Too long a wait for dishes that didn't take that long. The price doesn't reflect the quality of the products.

04/06/2025: The music is often played at excessive volumes past midnight on weekends, making it very difficult for nearby residents to rest.
In addition to the noise, there are often annoying vibrations, and after the evenings, trash is left in the courtyard, along with uncivilized behavior from some patrons.
No one is against having fun, but there should be mutual respect: it would be desirable to lower the volume after a certain hour and perhaps encourage
customers to behave more respectfully towards the environment and the neighborhood.
I hope the venue can improve in this regard, so it can coexist peacefully with the neighborhood.

27/12/2025: Unfortunately, when we returned to this place after a few years, we noticed a negative change. Terrible food, rude staff, high prices that don't match the quality.
26/12/2025: The hotel is well located, right in the old town… If you want to have a drink at the bar in the afternoon, you feel out of place; the waiter was very uninterested. The spa area is, well, small and you can forget about peace and quiet; the staff there didn't seem to care. Complaining is pointless, as you'll be completely unintelligible, whether you speak German or English. This is not a hotel we would return to.

30/12/2025: One of the best pizzerias in the Grade area. Yes you read it right. Very authentic and cosy place to enjoy the real Italian delights. Although it's Italian only place, we were able to communicate our needs and they were well taken care of.
29/12/2025: I'd gladly come back anytime! The small side salad was quite generous, and the Caprese was delicious. The tagliatelle ai porcini was just as good as the spaghetti carbonara. The prices are very reasonable for Lake Garda.
