14/06/2025: Whether you like it or not.. If Michelin is the most illustrious reference for restaurants, Gambero Rosso is for pastry shops. Surely in first place there is always the skill, but believe me There are places known more than others thanks also to the compromises that along their path, one is willing to "marry". A few examples? Using a water label compared to another... A flour compared to another. An oil compared to another. Etc... Sometimes it can make the difference. If instead all this, together with the various social networks, the various advertisements, television programs are put in second place.... here's the fact that one becomes much much less known than Others.... Sometimes it happens, to be a little more curious and to go and read what the classic normality (the network) offers us... An example? Dolce Reale. I avoid saying what it could be, it must be You, to go and discover it. In the meantime, I ask you, go and read the Gambero Rosso Italian pastry shop ranking, you will find a huge surprise. "The Pastry Chef" that all the Italian people know has the same score as this small but very sweet pastry shop on the outskirts....

19/09/2025: September 18, 2025. I gave a mixed tray of biscotti and Baci di Dama (non-vegan) as a gift, and the response was, "... they were super super super good.... quality shortcrust pastry." So happy I chose them. December 21, 2024, we opened the SAVOIARDI: so good. I really like their Brescian biscuit. March 1, 2023, I tried the "Desideri" (Desideri), so good. February 28, 2023, I had the single-serving Sicilian Cassata: I loved it. The new pastry chef FRANCESCO arrived on October 18, 2022, bringing with him some very good creations, including the 7 Veli (7-veil) biscuit. October 25, 2022, I had the "7 Veli" (7 Veli). It's a little smaller than a truffle ice cream and costs €5, but I think it's a treat worth treating yourself to: I really enjoyed it. I love their coffee made with their zabaglione and topped with their whipped cream. Now, for breakfast in the morning, it's almost the only place I go: coffee, a brioche with Garzoni cream, and freshly squeezed juice. Their homemade chocolates with their zabaglione are also delicious.

11/09/2025: I used the "pickup service" for a package I'd ordered. - The packages are placed at the entrance, within easy reach of anyone. - You have to search for your package yourself. - Virtually nonexistent customer service (I couldn't find my package despite checking every package on the table one by one. I asked the lady at the checkout, who replied without even approaching me, "Maybe it didn't arrive." This was impossible because I had received the delivery confirmation receipt. I left, and my boyfriend had to come back the next day to pick it up, also having a few problems). I definitely won't ship anything there again.

26/03/2026: I WENT TODAY AT LUNCH TIME... I ORDERED 2 MARGHERITAS AND ASKED FOR THE BILL... THE PIZZA CHEF FIRST TELLED ME 12 EUROS, AFTER HAVING Brought OUT THE 20 EUROS HE CALLED ME 13 AND YOU HAVE 2 DRINKS INCLUDED... I PAY BUT WHILE WAITING I CHECKED THE MENU AND SEE THAT THE MARGHERITA COSTS 5 EUROS... SO I ASKED FOR EXPLANATIONS AND THE PIZZA CHEF LAUGHINGLY TOLD ME THAT I TOOK THE DRINKS... SO I TOLD HIM THAT HE GAVE ME THE DRINKS AND I DIDN'T WANT THEM AND HE GAVE ME BACK 3 EUROS... IN MY OPINION, THIS PIZZERIA SHOULD BE CANCELED... NOT HONEST EVEN IF THE PIZZA WASN'T BAD... TOO BAD... HE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR 3 EUROS...!!!

28/01/2026: I'm talking about the tobacconist's... Bad experience with a very, very rude and unkind girl (a while ago). Just for politely asking for a drop of cold soy milk in my cappuccino (I'd asked for it lukewarm, as it was always boiling hot), she insulted me and wanted to get physical. (I've been going there for years with the old owners, Sandro and Anna, wonderful people, never had any problems.)

20/12/2025: Company Christmas dinner. Renovated, beautifully maintained, and beautiful venue. The food was excellent value for money, and the staff were extremely attentive and accommodating to those with lactose and gluten intolerances. The options were top-notch, including the baked goods. Special mention to the dining room manager, who personally assisted my colleague and me with the options (old-fashioned courtesy and kindness!).

06/12/2025: A truly charming restaurant, bright, spacious, and suitable for events. I went there for dinner with my gym group, and I must say the risotto and casoncelli were truly excellent, as was the service: fast, attentive, unobtrusive, and present. There's ample parking outside, with a space that can hold hundreds of vehicles. The only downside was the appetizer, which, in my opinion, didn't entirely convince me.

14/01/2026: Business lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food, however, didn't satisfy me. Perhaps it would have been better to order the pizza, which looked nice.

15/12/2025: I walked into this bar, ordered a drink, and in the meantime, I charged my phone. A lady, who I assumed was one of the owners, approached me in an arrogant tone, telling me I couldn't charge my phone because it was using up power. I was shocked, not only by what I was denied (charging my dead phone to go home despite having ordered something to drink) but also by the manner. Disgusting.

09/10/2025: I was in the area for work, stumbled upon it by chance, and was pleasantly surprised by the low prices (a large slice of pizza and a Coke were €6, when you can't find a Coke for less than €3.50 in the city anymore). Friendly staff, and there are also outdoor tables. Satisfied.

26/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, because my husband wasn't feeling well, and he happened to be sitting at a table at this restaurant. Mrs. Paola was very kind and friendly, and we stopped for lunch. What can I say? Everything was delicious! I recommend it and we'll definitely be back. Then have lunch with a view of the cathedral in Brescia.

26/04/2026: A disaster! The food was lukewarm and the espresso was cold. Then the apparent owner complained to the waitress that we hadn't ordered enough. The toilets can't be locked; there's a strange little sign to adjust, but someone still went into the stall. Well, I might recommend it for a drink. But if you just want a drink, you probably won't get a table because the old lady wouldn't earn enough. I'd just like to know if the staff is registered or employed illegally…

12/05/2026: I frequent this place often. I enjoy it whether it's for lunch, dinner, or various events.

04/05/2026: The only saving grace for the evening was the music, because otherwise, it was truly awful. €5 cover charge, which was only discovered at the end. The grilled calamari was burnt and bitter, left on the plate without anyone bothering to ask if there was a problem. The worst part, however, was the wine: the one I had chosen wasn't available, they offered another without mentioning the price, and, surprisingly, the bill was more expensive. This isn't service, it's a lack of transparency. I won't be returning. There are places that treat their customers more fairly.

01/02/2026: A good place for dinner, a classic old-fashioned pizzeria. Clean atmosphere, fast service. They also have good beers for dark beer lovers.
