26/10/2025: We had dinner on the evening of October 25, 2025, to celebrate a retirement. When we booked a table for 24 people at 7:00 PM, the owner didn't specify anything except that he wouldn't be able to accommodate us all at one table. Dinner proceeded smoothly until 9:00 PM, when the owner ordered us to leave because he had to seat other guests, even though some of us hadn't finished dinner yet. This was unacceptable treatment and a real blow to the birthday boy, who was not a stranger to the owner. If you don't specify that you'll have to change dinner shifts during the reservation process, you simply can't be kicked out in the middle of the evening, without warning, and with the bill having been left unchanged for the inconvenience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED due to a lack of seriousness, courtesy, and professionalism.

19/05/2025: Small artisanal ice cream shop in the heart of Ponte di Legno, Crema e Neve offers a limited selection of flavors, but overall good. We took a small tub to take away and particularly appreciated the raspberry and yogurt, fresh and natural. It must be said that this is not the classic artisanal "shovel" ice cream, but the kind served from a dispenser, with a different consistency, more similar to a soft ice cream. The environment is simple, perhaps a little dated: with some renovation work it could be more welcoming. Overall a good option if you are looking for something fresh and quick, but with some room for improvement.😊

01/10/2025: Great food with very friendly service! It's top-notch. The only issue is that the portions are very, very small. I'm not a big eater, but it's not enough for me after a good workout. The price seemed reasonable to me, but considering the portions, it's still rather mediocre.

25/09/2025: Unfortunately, the portions are far too small. 5 tortellini on a plate, and that's for a main course 😢 For the money, it could be more! Once, never again.

20/11/2025: It's a truly great place. I've seen some people complain about the lack of trout in the lake, but I assure you there are, and far too many. I, with no fishing experience, caught two and saw at least 50-60 swimming near the shore. I'll come back again 😁😁

09/08/2025: A small oasis for trout fishermen just minutes from the city, where you can also enjoy a drink in the peaceful countryside. In the evenings, it becomes a place for entertainment, with live music. Friendly, animal-loving owners.

06/08/2025: An experience NOT to be repeated. It was a Wednesday, eight of us arrived asking for a QUICK lunch. The restaurant owner told us he could bring us some cold cuts, and we accepted and sat down. I should point out that the place was EMPTY and it was around noon. We waited about AN HOUR for a simple cold cut with a few pieces of cheese. They didn't even bring us bread, cutlery, or napkins—nothing. We politely asked for some side dishes, and after several dozen minutes, they brought us two measly baskets of bread that had been badly defrosted, rubbery, and tasted like it had been repeatedly refrozen, as if it were left over from who knows when or where. We asked for more, not because it was good, but because we were so hungry we would have gobbled up anything, edible or not; so, little by little, we watched more baskets of the same quality arrive. Now disappointed and bitter about the sad experience, but with great courage, we ask for coffees, fearing we'll have to wait another hour, but miraculously, they arrive in a timely manner. Finally, we ask for the bill: about 20 euros each for a paltry platter and some prehistoric bread, but oh well, every experience is meant to be treasured. And so the manager collects the money without even a gesture of apology for the treatment he's received. P.S. The salami was good, though! Hurray!

28/08/2025: This place is considered exploitative in the first degree. There is a minimum order quantity. Everyone must order, even if they are a child sitting in a chair. The prices are considered somewhat expensive. There are many better options in the area than this place.

18/08/2025: Fantastic location, even though it's inside a hotel, you still feel comfortable even as a restaurant guest. A good selection of both fish and meat dishes, albeit at a high price. All good, but the Hessian is transcendent. Service is okay, but perhaps not up to par with the location.

02/08/2025: Very good food, attentive and friendly staff, spectacular location. The only drawback is the small portions, especially for the price. Two small pieces of turbot with zucchini, €50. Excessive.

19/07/2025: The website advertised the shop's opening hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. The shop door was open. After wandering around for a bit, we suddenly ran into someone. They gave us a curt answer: "The shop isn't open." That was the end of the visit. If their limoncello is as good as their attitude, it must be a bit bland.
