03/06/2025: A welcoming place with attention to detail, with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The products are of the highest quality, carefully selected and tastefully presented. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable: they know how to advise with expertise and make you feel immediately at ease. A beautiful experience, definitely to be repeated!

14/05/2025: Since December I discovered the Madonna della Neve and had the opportunity to try its delicacies. As a former restaurateur I am not "taking pleasure" in writing this review but.... due to various rudenesses from Mr. Simone I am forced ‼️‼️🤬🤬🤬 In addition to not knowing the quality and characteristics of the products on sale (he does not have the quantities of a supermarket, then he acts like a boss) Who instead is "R" and should know... Instead I compliment the manners and careful attention of Gabriele and Stefania, who although young.... They call him long..... My non is not a nickname, look for me. Otherwise I can leave my cell phone without problems

18/05/2025: At first you think it's a normal little bar where you can stop for an aperitif or to eat a sandwich or something quick, even if inside it seems like you're still in the 80s. The waitress with curly hair was very helpful and kind, but when it came to paying for the drink, no receipt was issued and the bill was done mentally and roughly! To conclude, 2 facts. 1. While we were queuing for the bathroom we saw a scene that we never wanted to see, the waitresses brought the baskets with leftover chips and tarallini back to the counter and the barmaid without any problem emptied everything into two large containers so that they could be reused for other customers!! Disgusting! 2. To conclude, still queuing for the bathroom, I noticed a nice group of ants feasting on the floor in a corner, I'll leave you the photo! I strongly advise you not to go. Terrible hygiene!!

12/01/2025: Negative experience. I enter the bar to buy a bottle of sparkling water for my 8 year old son. I approach the bar counter asking for a bottle of sparkling water and a gentleman (perhaps the owner) tells me I can take it from the fridge. I pay, I take the bottle in my hand but it was frozen, it is very cold outside and being for an 8 year old child I ask if they kindly have some water at room temperature. The gentleman kindly takes a bottle from me that he had behind the counter, so I put the cold one in the fridge and go out. I see that the bottle is a little crushed (it is not under pressure as carbonated bottles usually are). I unscrew the cap and I don't feel the seal breaking (as if the bottle had already been opened, but it was nice and full). I take a sip because I wasn't convinced, I drink another to confirm and then I realize that there is no bubbles. It doesn't even taste like sparkling water. I then go back into the bar and try to explain what happened to the gentleman who had served me a minute earlier. Therefore asking for the bottle to be replaced with one that does not have this problem. The gentleman's answer is: 1 It's not possible! 2 the water is carbonated 3 the water we sell is this (meaning it was effervescent because it was a San Pellegrino, but the one they sell has a nice FRIZZANTE wording on the front of the label). A customer next to me intervenes by pointing out to the gentleman that the bottle actually says FRIZZANTE and not effervescent. At this point the gentleman "with a lot of rudeness" takes out 1.50 euros from the cash register and telling me "I don't have time to waste on a bottle of water worth 1.50 euros, take the money and leave the water", puts the money down over the counter. I insist on having my sparkling and non-carbonated water and he replies that if I want I can take water from the fridge. To avoid having to continue arguing with those who are deafer than those who don't want to hear and also out of respect for the other customers and workers who have nothing to do with the manners of the gentleman who was at the checkout, I take the bottle from the fridge and open it. in front of him, I taste it and it is very sparkling and not effervescent "as the gentleman at the checkout kept repeating", who practically continued to doubt what I was telling him. So I leave the bar with the cold water that I DIDN'T want, NERVOUS after a peaceful day spent in Desenzano and I have to make my son drink the frozen water when it's 3 degrees outside. Reading the reviews of other customers I see that it is still a bar appreciated by the majority of customers and this can only please me. But my experience for a 1.50 bottle of water was disastrous and I will certainly never return to this place again. To the gentleman who was at the checkout, I remind you that every drop makes the sea and you should have more humility and respect towards a customer who is pointing out that there is a problem (even for one euro and 50). If he's tired of the job he does, maybe it's better to let the others work who, for the short time I was there, seemed to have totally different ways than him. He can only learn from them, primarily good manners. Finally, I underline that I also work in contact with people and I have never dreamed of managing one of my clients like this, even one of those who had only spent 1.50 euros. Greetings.

21/04/2025: I am a regular customer, every week I order pizza here because compared to the others in the area, in my opinion, it is better. But every time there is at least a 20 minute delay, AT LEAST, if it goes well. To be fair, after a certain time, shipping should at least be free. It can happen once, so it's really exaggerated.

06/06/2025: War schon oft in den letzten Jahren hier, allein oder mit Familie, immer gut, guter Service. Heute zu dritt…Flasche Wein zu warm, Pizza ok, Ravioli sehr gut, Lachs aus dem Ofen unterirdisch…zu lange drin, trocken…konnte man nicht essen..keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen…das war mein letztes Mal hier, gibt bessere Plätze!

01/06/2025: A pesar de la mala crítica, comimos aquí dos veces en nuestra visita. Estábamos contentos con la calidad de la comida y el precio. Sin problemas de servicio y un entorno agradable bajo los árboles

14/01/2025: A dive into the past. The atmosphere has remained unchanged since the 70s. Good selection of classic pizzas. Good raw materials and abundant toppings. Maybe the oven was too high, the pizza was well cooked but the prices are good. Margherita still costs 5 euros. Good coffee. We waited a bit too long for the pizzas and they don't serve French fries here....

13/10/2024: I gave 1 star because it really couldn't have been less. I start from the fact that the environment presents itself as a 60's bar, a typical meeting place for the elderly in the town. Old and bad. The BWRs at the oratory are in better shape! Once seated we waited about 20/30 minutes to be served. Ravioli nothing special... We ask for fresh sparkling water and they say it's finished, giving us bottles of ambient sparkling water with a bowl from which to take ice (giving goosebumps). The second courses begin with fried gnocco which to call it that is already an insult (call them zeppole or pancakes) gnocco or fried cake leave them to those who know how to make them. All very heavy and greasy. The "gnocco" accompanied by a plate of cold cuts each which were embarrassing: cooked ham, salami, culatello and pancetta. Never eaten such poor quality meats in my life. I'm someone who is satisfied with little but damn it really bad. Gorgonzola and Philadelphia ball as cheeses a spit. The rudeness of the girl who served the tables is the most serious thing in a restaurant. I don't know what's gotten into her but if you don't want customers or don't feel like doing or responding... really forget it. Maybe it was a bad day but I was really shocked. Many write that the price was low but if the food is poor I just need to get more than what I spent! Bad bad bad, shut everything down! I'm still digesting what I ate 7 hours later!

20/06/2025: Classic place to extort money from tourists. Aesthetically beautiful but the brioche I took looked very good and seemed of quality, too bad it was from the day before, watery cappuccino.

20/06/2025: Good breakfast and very nice place! Prices a bit high but with this view they are ok! I recommend to expand a bit the choice of vegan brioches

12/12/2024: An hour to deliver a pizza and a kebab. the kebab was completely wrong, the pizza was burnt underneath. it used to be my favorite pizzeria, since the management changed it is no longer!

15/02/2025: Siamo stati a cena per San Valentino con il nostro bambino di 7 anni (accettato durante la prenotazione), per il quale abbiamo speso 35€ per un piatto di pasta in bianco e una bistecca, dopo aver aspettato 2 ore.

10/06/2025: Very nice atmosphere, kind and prepared staff. The dishes are of quality, very good illustration of the waiter.

05/06/2025: A refined restaurant in taste, service and quality of food. Everything is delicious and freshly prepared. Don't expect fast food service, but sit down and enjoy some good wine in the meantime, which is never lacking. Get advice, you won't regret it.
