12/12/2024: My recent experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing in many respects. We had reported to the staff that one of the diners was lactose and gluten intolerant, but with great surprise and disappointment, the other diner was also forced to eat a meal cooked following the same restrictions, without being asked in the slightest. The risotto with mushrooms, which could have been the highlight of the evening, was a complete failure: the creaming with butter and cheese was missing, transforming it into a dish devoid of character and the creaminess expected from a good risotto. The disappointment continued with the second course: the meat served was leathery, tough and incredibly difficult to swallow. So much so that, despite our attempts, we were forced to leave most of it on the plate. To make matters worse, we weren't even asked if we liked that type of meat. Dessert also represented a reason for dissatisfaction. Although it wasn't bad, the other diner was forced, once again, to eat a dessert prepared according to intolerance criteria, certainly of lower quality than those served to the other customers of the restaurant. However, there was no shortage of positive notes. The quality of the wines offered in combination was excellent and particular care was shown in the choice of labels. Furthermore, the waiter who served us was impeccable: kind, professional and attentive to every detail, making the evening at least from a service point of view more pleasant. What made the experience overall unpleasant, however, was the observation of the difference in treatment: our neighbors at the table were served the same menu, but without any limitations, with a clearly superior quality, evident both in the presentation and taste of the food. In conclusion, despite the excellent wine selection and high level of service, the dining experience was not up to par. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to impose dietary restrictions on all diners without even consulting them, compromising the quality of the entire dinner. I don't think I will return.

26/10/2024: siamo rimasti molto delusi tornati per pranzo dopo tanti anni dal nostro ultimo soggiorno all’Albereta costretti in 8 a scegliere il menù degustazione. Delusi dalla qualità del menù che non giustifica il prezzo eccessivo e non all’altezza di un hotel come l’Albereta.

31/08/2024: Che dire...posto meraviglioso direttamente sul lago. Lavorare in un posto del genere, seppur duramente come loro, migliora senza ombra di dubbio la qualità della vita. Abbiamo mangiato una frittura di pesce buonissimo che sembrava quasi di stare su un'isola caraibica. Nota di merito anche per il dolce: un buonissimo tortino al cioccolato dal cuore morbido con una pallina di gelato alla crema. Esperienza meravigliosa.

24/08/2024: Almorzamos aquí. Muy acogedor, aunque no habíamos reservado. El ambiente y el servicio es excelente y nuestra elección de pizza vegetariana fue excelente tanto en sabor como textura de base. Las bebidas eran la temperatura adecuada a pesar de ser de más de 30 grados. ¿Y el ingrediente más especial de esta visita ordinaria? Eda Eda era un anfitrión muy jovial y servicial asegurándose de que nuestra elección de comida era tan maravillosa como su personalidad! ¡Gracias Eda y su equipo por cuidarnos! Espero sinceramente no haber escrito mal su nombre.

15/09/2024: we arrived in this town by chance, we were looking for a place to eat and we ended up in this place, in my opinion the owner underestimated us, presenting us with a cutting board with two little things, two bottles of water, making us pay an exorbitant sum, at the face of the farm. I advise against it to everyone, a real scam, I was shocked. I would like you to read my regret.

12/07/2024: Agriturismo (even if it doesn't seem like it) not recommended. Breakfast of frozen croissant and flies. Dinner has nothing to do with a farmhouse, absent menu and almost non-existent choice. Hygienic conditions of the low rooms, no air conditioning in our rooms. Opening the windows filled the room with flies and mosquitoes. The most serious thing happened at the time of payment, 8 euros per day added to the price previously agreed via email. When asked for explanations, the owner told us that he had misunderstood the email. Not to be frequented.

30/08/2024: I was this evening with my family and when we arrived we were reluctant to even say hello, both the staff and the kitchen to never return. P.S. They didn't even greet us when we paid the bill.

25/09/2024: Unfortunately for me it was a big disappointment. Excellent location with a wonderful lake view, friendly staff but we're not up to par with the cuisine. I read the reviews and expected much more, the spaghetti with clams even if cooked in the right way were completely tasteless, ditto my friend's dish. Anonymous fries. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it.

18/08/2024: Top Lokal etwas versteck in einer schmalen Gasse in der Nähe vom Stadtplatz. Super Essen wir waren mit allen Speisen sehr zufrieden. Die deutschsprachige Kellnerin war sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Vergleichsweise günstig. Kein Vergleich zu den völlig überlaufenden Seelokalen. Wer gehen 19 -19:30 Uhr kommt hat normal kein Problem einen Platz zu bekommen.

16/08/2024: Esperienza negativa dallo strano retrogusto. Pesce di bassa qualità. Alcuni ingredienti della zuppa di mare sembravano essere riscaldati più e più volte. Sicuramente non consigliato.

01/08/2024: Dimenticare i fasti lontani. Oggi vige la maleducazione, il casino, la disorganizzazione e il servizio sbrigativo che non si riserva neppure alla peggior compagnia di viaggiatori in bus. Prenotazione dimenticata, spostati dal ristorante alla pizzeria, ness7na interazione col cliente (maleducazione pura) e cucina scarsa. Basti pensare che a due minuti dall’ordine avevamo già la cena nel piatto; neanche Quattro Salti in Padella. Trattati come turisti fastidiosi (cosa che non siamo, ma inutile dire perché ero lì e con quale ospite). Mai più

27/08/2024: Siamo andati a mangiare qui 4 volte in totale (la prima volta il cameriere non era molto contento a causa dei pochi clienti ma appena abbiamo potuto ha cambiato il suo coraggio!🥰) Quando siamo tornati ci hanno riconosciuto di nuovo.🍽️, il cibo era delizioso! Il servizio è stato ottimo 🤩 tutti sono gentili e accoglienti. L'ultima volta le pizze ci sono state servite extra carine! Sicuramente consigliato (CONSIGLIO: mangiate tutto quello che ordinate se siete una squadra felice wilt☺️) / Have gone to eat here 4 times in total (first time the waiter was not so happy due to few customers but as soon as we could have turned his courage around!🥰) When we came back they had quickly recognized us back.🍽️, food was delicious! Service was great 🤩everyone is friendly and welcoming. Last time we got our pizzas served extra cute! Definitely recommend (TIP: eat everything you order if you are a happy team wilt☺️)

15/02/2024: Pirlo is good, luckily. But the staff (even though we had NOT asked!) also brought us a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. He DIDN'T ask because we would never have gotten it, even since I'm vegan!!! We thought it was the practice like in most bars in the center, so we didn't think too much about the problem. It's a shame that it was taken into account instead. 2 idiots and the elusive cutting board: 20 euros, no receipt, obviously. First time we go there, we will never go back.

21/12/2023: There were 5 of us friends around midday, 4 of whom only spoke English, we sat down and had something to drink (2 glasses of wine, 2 cokes and 1 coffee). The owner told us if we wanted the platter and we told him no. When we were leaving in front of everyone he rudely told us that when you have an aperitif you have to also order food because that's how it works in Italy and that he doesn't waste time just drinking. But I wonder, if one goes to the bar will he be free to take anything or not? But who are you to force me to take what you want. But get over it and fix the chairs because you have broken PLASTIC chairs attached with screws and brackets and I almost fly to the ground. Obviously the receipt was not given to us. To never again. Since the cutting board is PAYMENT-free, I decide whether to take it or not. He calls me provincial because I pointed out that his plastic chairs are BROKEN and that someone could fall... I think that an answer like this could have absolutely been saved and it really makes us understand many things about the place and above all about the management. 👋👋.

29/11/2024: Festeggiato laurea,location spettacolare,cibo ottimo e porzioni abbondanti.Nella proposta menù era compreso un ottimo vino della casa e una squisita torta..Dimenticavo il risotto eccezionale e raffinato.Da ritornarci!Un grazie a tutto lo staff

18/10/2024: Pranzo di matrimonio ben riuscito, bella la location, con il laghetto con le anatre, le vigne, tanto verde e una bella sala da pranzo… cibo normale, basato esclusivamente sulla carne… servizio classico… abbiamo passato una bella giornata 👍👍❤️

Location essenziale ma accogliente, servizio accorto ma il cibo non è all’altezza e il prezzo da ristorante…inoltre chi ci ha fatto il conto ha fatto anche una bella cresta, ben ci sta ci siamo fatti fregare alla grande…..
