12/07/2026: I went in with fairly high expectations, especially given the presentation and price of the burgers. Unfortunately, overall, I was disappointed. The burger had very thin meat and was definitely overcooked, while the bun was cold and tasted like it had simply been defrosted. The toppings were also rather sparse, so much so that the bread flavor dominated. The whole thing was rather dry, and I had to add mayonnaise to make it more palatable. I think a little more attention to the bread selection could make a big difference: a brioche bun or a potato bun, served warm, would showcase the toppings on the menu much better and make the experience much more satisfying. The fries also left me perplexed: considering the price, I expected a higher-quality product. I would consider changing suppliers for the frozen product line. Furthermore, the fact that fries are not included with an already medium-high-end burger makes the value for money less convincing. The draft beer selection is rather limited, but both were very good. The staff's kindness and helpfulness were also noteworthy, and were truly appreciated. Pizza is probably the restaurant's specialty, but a restaurant called Pota Mountain Burger inevitably raises expectations for its burgers. For this reason, I believe there's considerable room for improvement: with a few tweaks to the quality of the ingredients, the preparation, and the attention to detail, the result could live up to its name and price.

13/05/2026: Textbook crust: Tall, soft, and incredibly airy, as you can see from the slice. You can immediately tell it's been left to rise properly, the kind that gives it lightness and aroma. Those bubbles in the dough are a sign that you're in for a digestible pizza, not a brick in your stomach. Perfectly cooked: The edge has that light charring typical of a wood-fired oven, giving it a truly artisanal feel. Golden on the outside, soft on the inside. The center is melt-in-your-mouth perfect, with the tomato remaining vibrant and the stringy mozzarella binding everything together without weighing it down. Balanced flavors: You can see the oil glistening, and that darker bit creates that "crunchy corner" every pizza lover seeks. It's not drowned in toppings: each ingredient has its own place and you can taste it.

03/05/2026: An absolutely positive experience. The restaurant is very elegant and atmospheric, where Andrea and his family showcase their culinary talents to the fullest. Impeccable service and haute cuisine made us feel at the center of the evening. Excellent both in their hospitality and in their top-notch dishes. Even the way a "simple" salad is served speaks volumes about the quality of the food and the attention paid to guests. Superlative!!!!!! Truly excellent and a guarantee!!!!! Thank you!

13/04/2026: We had an appetizer for two, two first courses, two sparkling waters, and a glass of wine—no second courses, desserts, or coffee—and we spent €80. €4 cover charge, €4 bottle of water, €7 glass of wine, €25 appetizer, and €16 first courses. The food was good; the cold cuts were good, the casoncelli (eight of each) were good, and the dandelion tortelli (eight of each). But you can't spend €80 for two in a small village house for an appetizer and two first courses, as if it were a historic building in the center of Milan. If only they were generous portions, but instead we left hungry. Upon arrival, the water and glass were dirty, but they were replaced upon report. Other than that, the service was quite attentive, if a bit slow. For example, I asked the waiter in the gray herringbone suit for a second bottle of water, but he forgot it, and only after asking the lady for it after 10 minutes did it finally arrive. So, okay, the cured meats and tortelli/casoncelli were good, but the bill was excessive. Unfortunately, I also recognize that they do a good job from their perspective, but it was still crowded, given that similar prices are common these days even in small-town restaurants/trattorias.

11/03/2026: A hearty aperitif for those who want something to eat other than the usual chips and peanuts. Delicious Franciacorta gnocchi, generous portions. Very friendly staff.

03/03/2026: I'm not crazy about the atmosphere, but service during the weekly lunch break is quick. The chicken curry is decent, but for €10 it's fine. The desserts aren't impressive, quite the opposite.

01/06/2026: We stopped by chance, drawn by the sign on the side of the road. We couldn't have made a better choice. The meat skewers were excellent, but the cheese-filled ravioli were superb. I forgot to ask the name of the guy who greeted us, but he was truly kind and welcoming. We can only recommend anyone passing by to stop and enjoy their cuisine. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE SIGN!! 07/05/2026: A typical local bistro-style restaurant. Friendly staff and the small snacks were very good and very reasonably priced. The Aperol was excellent, and we'd gladly come back. Highly recommended.
