31/10/2025: We arrived for a business lunch at 12.10pm, the room was half full, yet we waited over 40 minutes for a first course, when the time came for the first course we had to accept what was ready because they still asked us for 15 minutes... I'm speechless

10/10/2025: At 1:15 PM, I enter the restaurant, where almost all the tables are overflowing with plates, glasses, and cups left by those who had already dined. Only one table is occupied by four people. The waitress points us to a free table in the corner of the room. After choosing grilled chicken for my companion and a plate of penne with salmon for myself, we head to the vegetable buffet. On the trays, only scraps of vegetables, left haphazardly, without anyone even thinking to put them in smaller containers, just to give a semblance of order. A horrible situation. We return to our seats. Not thirty seconds after ordering, the pasta arrives. An unsightly plate of barely warm penne, overcooked, bloated, and dry. An inedible dish, probably prepared over an hour ago. I alert the waitress. I leave the plate as it arrived and go to the cashier. I paid 18 euros for not touching any food and drinking a glass of water, while my companion had consumed grilled chicken and half a bottle of mineral water. I should point out that the price listed was 14 euros for the entire menu. No receipt, of course. Simply indecent.

03/10/2025: We had a great time: the focaccia was delicious, the fish and linguine were cooked perfectly, the decor was lovely and the atmosphere was good. 👍👍👍

29/08/2025: Wide selection of pastries and breads. I tried brioche and focaccia, and they were really good. The focaccia was tasty and soft, with just the right amount of oil.

24/11/2025: Given the location, the aperitivo experience is unique. It's a shame the owner doesn't always provide a receipt (even when paying by credit card). Hmm...

04/11/2025: The bar's location is simply amazing. We had a Spritz and just enjoyed the view. The drinks automatically come with a tiered tray of snacks – absolutely delicious! 😍

15/08/2025: Fantastic new opening in Ghedi, quality pizza at a reasonable price. Highly recommended are the pizzas by the slice and other pizza-based products like rolls or sandwiches for a tasty alternative. 😍

24/11/2025: Mediocre service. Unacceptable food, ridiculously overpriced, considering the menu was pre-arranged for 23 guests. Dessert was served excessively. I don't recommend it and won't go there again.

14/11/2025: It's always been the quintessential city center restaurant: elegant, classic, refined, with exquisite cuisine. In recent weeks, something has changed, less convincing; the menu no longer changes every week; something's missing. Let's give it another chance, of course... The restaurant has had an important, prestigious, and challenging past: let's hope for the best...

05/06/2025: The only place that stuffs croissants on the spot. For me, it counts as the place for the next breakfast. And also a nice place to meet.

03/10/2025: I don't know if management has changed. In October 2024, some of my former colleagues and I would occasionally stop there for a slice of pizza during our work breaks. One day, the owner, a man in his fifties, asked us not to stand near the main entrance. When my colleague replied that we were just eating, the situation escalated into an altercation: my colleague was verbally abused. I intervened calmly and peacefully; the owner approached me face-to-face and, in my opinion, became intimidating (he pretended to raise his hands and used vulgar language). I chose not to react. Negative experience: I advise caution.

23/10/2025: Everything is perfect - the food, the atmosphere and the service are 5 out of 5.

14/09/2025: Impeccable service, the restaurant was certainly elegant, with a splendid view of the lake despite being there in winter. The first courses were not bad, and the plating was very attentive. The second courses and salad were less so: the vegetable base and the portions were too small, which didn't go well with the price. The flavors were good. The petit fours were appreciated. Perhaps a smaller disparity between the prices and portions of the second courses would have made the bill more reasonable.

12/08/2025: Prices are too high for the quality. For aperitivo, you have to order something from the menu, otherwise they won't bring anything with your drink. This is a historic (and somewhat dark) venue in the heart of Carmine. It's not the cleanest, and there's limited seating inside. It's good for those looking to spend the evening outside in the summer.
