We stopped by chance, drawn by the sign on the side of the road. We couldn't have made a better choice. The meat skewers were excellent, but the cheese-filled ravioli were superb. I forgot to ask the name of the guy who greeted us, but he was truly kind and welcoming. We can only recommend anyone passing by to stop and enjoy their cuisine. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE SIGN!! The food is delicious! Authentic food with very homely flavors. Generous portions. And the highlight is the amaretto semifreddo, delicious!

The staff is friendly and professional, and the restaurant, despite its 1970s-style feel, is well-organized, spacious, and clean inside. Kudos to the way the skewers are prepared and served: they're small, but perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's all served with polenta, gravy, and delicious skewered potatoes alongside the meat. What can I say? The coffee is excellent, and the homemade dessert, made with delicious amaretti biscuits, is also delicious. I recommend it to those who love skewers and a quieter atmosphere, which is a real plus these days.

A welcoming and honest trattoria, a true oasis amidst the greenery. It's one of the last essential refreshment points before venturing into the most remote and wild trails of Valvestino. An absolutely strategic stop for refueling, especially if you're traveling by bike: the ideal place for a regenerating break or to stock up on supplies before the climb.
