19/10/2025: A little surprise... impeccable service and a great deal of friendliness... the place is small and well-kept, with very well-defined spaces between the tables. The menu (Sunday lunch) is standard, with plenty of choice, especially for the first courses, and super generous portions (be careful, because you really risk not being able to finish it). Only one sore point: the chicken dominates without rivals (even on the evening menu). If you want beef or pork, you will be very disappointed. In conclusion, we will return because some dishes are worth trying again and others still to be discovered.

14/10/2025: CROOK!!!!! I booked a hotel room and received an email confirmation. I booked with a credit card. But no one was there. The phone never answered. I waited... but nothing!! Luckily, I managed to get a hotel room in Iseo late. I'm going to report this to the Guarda di Finanza!

Kudos to the girl with the braid who served us, very professional and kind. Review updated 10/10 On an unseasonably warm October afternoon, after an exhausting morning spent taking plumbing and construction science classes, there's nothing better than delicious ice cream from Possi. Excellent quality ingredients and impeccable, attentive service, worthy of a 5-star establishment, make Possi the number one choice. Kudos to the girl with glasses and a bun who served us, very diligent and courteous, both in taking our order and in fulfilling it.

04/10/2025: I'm a regular customer and have always had a great experience at your ice cream shop. However, I'd like to let you know that yesterday's experience was unfortunately not a positive one. After ordering two waffles, I noticed a lack of professionalism from some of the staff (with the exception of the girl with the braid, who was kind and attentive). During the wait, some of the staff were drinking coffee or eating ice cream at the counter, which doesn't convey a proper image to the customer. The wait was quite long, and due to a distraction, one of the two waffles was burned and thrown away, so only one arrived at the table, forcing the other person to wait again for theirs. I'm taking the liberty of reporting this incident not to complain, but because I value the quality and professionalism that have always distinguished you. I'm sure you'll welcome this observation in a constructive manner.
