28/10/2025: Not the best experience. Though I have to admit that the food is incredibly tasty. Compliments to the shef. We have been here in August. It had to be a family dinner, a birthday party for our daughter who loves the Japanese cousin. But we have not enjoyed the evening because it took ages to wait for the first course and unbearably long even for the second. By the time you are finally served the very small portions you are starving. Not a fun. We did not bother with the desert. We took the daughter for the desert next day to an othe place.

12/10/2025: + The space is beautiful and refined, everything feels new. The food is good (though not amazing) - the linguine with clams was average, a little bland, the octopus was great and the seared salmon was good. The tiramisu is one of the best I've had in Italy. We managed (in October) to get a table without a reservation (on a Saturday night). - The service was inattentive and a bit rushed - being tourists we weren't as well dressed as the other customers, there were 2 mistakes in our orders (drinks and dessert). A note: it was Saturday night and the restaurant was very crowded, which may have impacted the quality of service. At 9 pm the noise made it impossible to talk. A bit expensive in terms of quality/price ratio. It tries to be a refined restaurant, but on a Saturday night it didn't succeed, considering the quality of the food, the service and the noise.

05/10/2025: A top-notch restaurant in Ponte Caffaro, nestled between two rivers. It has a terrace in a beautiful garden with views of the surrounding mountains. The food here is always delicious and very special. The wine is delicious, and the service is also excellent. We dined here in 2024, this time indoors because the weather wasn't great. The atmosphere inside was also lovely. This time we had 1kg of mussels (sauté di Cozze) to share as a starter, which was superb. Then we had Raviolini di Brasato and Bracioline di cervo (venison chops). Everything was equally delicious. We'll be back next year. Thank you. We also enjoyed it twice in 2025: once a delicious lunch with Italian friends, and a few days later a superb dinner.

02/11/2025: I went there on a Sunday for lunch and I ate very well... management changed two years ago, helpful staff and very good food... I ate artichoke risotto, goat and lemon fondue excellent and creamy and for the second course the picanha with baked potatoes... the dessert was also very good... the others were also satisfied with their dishes... prices in line with the norm.

05/01/2026: After a few years I'm returning to the Navertino restaurant and I'm lowering my previous rating (5) by one star. If I could, I'd give this latest experience a 7/10. Prices have continued to rise. The culinary growth hasn't kept pace, in fact it's perhaps taken a step backwards. I found the staff to be warmly welcoming, and the owner even smiled a little more than in the past. And that's good. The place remains very pleasant, in a lovely location outside the town but easily accessible; well-furnished in a modern mountain style, with plenty of warmth from the wood. The table settings are simple, but attentive in their thoughtful intentions. In short, a place I like, which recalls tradition and at the same time looks to the future. The prices, in my opinion, are excessive compared to everything (in the end 47.5 euros per person, which isn't cheap). Personally, I really enjoyed the onion soup, expertly prepared. One of the best I've ever tasted, for me (10/10). The bread is good (which is always important). A good wine from the upper Camonica Valley (a Merlot). The spaghetti with cod was decidedly below expectations: the citrus was too intense, the flavor of the savory cod was too subdued, and the pasta was too sticky to the fork (5/10). My companions tried a venison tartare (I also tried it: 9/10). A plate of local cured meats and cheeses was judged to be of good quality. A mushroom dish, the ingredients of which I don't recall, but which I enjoyed tasting and found to be original (8/10). The dessert was rated satisfactory by the companions. A grappa. The impression is of an attempt to take off that hasn't yet been fully achieved (except for the bill); perhaps a justified ambition, but still in need of concrete development. It remains a place I recommend for those who want to break away from the simple mountain trattoria model and try some well-crafted experiments with local ingredients. I hope this review will be useful both to the restaurant and to food and wine travelers.

29/12/2025: A place I've been visiting for many years. I ended up there by accident, but I don't regret it at all :) I love going back and will continue to do so. The ice cream, coffee, and drinks are simply amazing!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!

31/07/2025: Very clean bar, good breakfast and more, I'd happily recommend it to others too. Stop by the Tres Jolie bar for an excellent breakfast. PS: The barista (Davide) is always kind and up to the task, which he does with passion and dedication. Exquisite coffee.

24/09/2025: The meat is really good, the staff not so much, the owner is very friendly and helpful. They should take a little more care of the outdoor veranda, which is beautiful but a bit run down. I will return for the excellent quality of the food and the friendliness of the owner.

07/01/2026: Found it by chance on the way to Tirano, and it was a pleasant surprise. Quick, affordable, tasty, and filling lunch. Downstairs, there's a very nice taverna, and the staff was super friendly.

10/12/2025: I booked a table for eight at 9:55 in the morning and called back 10 minutes later to add four more. The result: once we arrived, they made us wait outside in the cold because they had set up a separate table for four and one for eight, where they had seated a man to eat. Their excuse was that they give priority to workers for business lunches. Needless to say, given the welcome we received, we left.

06/10/2025: A weekday business lunch for €14. The food is good and the restaurant is beautiful. It's a shame that by 12:30 we'd already finished some of the dishes. The wait staff are very good, but unfortunately, they're few, and the wait is long.
