21/02/2026: A wonderful experience at Il Molino, one of those authentic restaurants that are increasingly rare these days. The owner is delightful, welcoming, and visibly proud of her beautiful establishment: she even took us on a tour of the restaurant and the mill, passionately explaining how it works. Truly exceptional customer service. She also offered us an aperitif, appetizers, and first courses. The dishes were excellent: the handmade casoncelli were especially exceptional. That evening, we were also lucky enough to try stewed bear with polenta, a truly unique experience. The prices were very fair for the quality of the food! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon. A big thank you to Giovanna and all the staff, who were so kind and attentive.

08/06/2026: Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The Caesar salad bore little resemblance to a classic Caesar salad. Instead of the typical dressing, it simply contained vinegar, oil, and five small dollops of avocado cream (?). The pizza was, sadly, the worst we've had at Lake Garda. The toppings were very unevenly distributed and consisted partly of large lumps, making it neither visually appealing nor tasty. This is all the more surprising since the pizza at the neighboring restaurant, Il Porti (?), was delicious. The steak was okay, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion. Overall, the price-performance ratio is completely off for me. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. However, the service was particularly disappointing. Actually, one should ask: What service? No one was attentive or present. No one asked if we wanted more drinks or if we enjoyed our meal – the latter probably because they didn't want to hear the answer.

26/04/2026: The atmosphere is very pleasant and refined. We were served by a young man with the professionalism of a true veteran. The selection of wines and appetizers was excellent, well-prepared and well-stocked. There's also the option of sitting outside, perfect during the warmer months. We haven't tried the restaurant, but considering the location, it looks promising.

05/05/2026: Everything was impeccable, the manager was extremely courteous and the quality of the food was excellent, all in a welcoming environment.

03/05/2026: Very nice place. We definitely had a satisfying lunch... We ordered first courses, including carbonara, tagliolini with ragù, and ravioli... all very good and plentiful, except for the ravioli, which were a bit small, but good. Those who didn't order first courses also ordered Fassona beef sandwiches and a smash burger... very good, very good. The staff were friendly and polite. As for the price? Let's just say that for the area and the food we ate, which was especially good, we were happy to give it a try.

02/10/2025: I ate very normal dishes, nothing that makes the difference in the sufficiency for being an osteria. I feel that the quality and the very high price are not in harmony and I don't think I will be a guest of this place again!!

21/04/2026: When I go for aperitivo, there's only one seat! The bartender is really good, and considering the bar's location, the prices are fair!!! A rarity in Sirmione these days.

03/03/2026: I'm not crazy about the atmosphere, but service during the weekly lunch break is quick. The chicken curry is decent, but for €10 it's fine. The desserts aren't impressive, quite the opposite.

28/05/2026: A historic venue with a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. A vast selection of herbal teas, of course. The lunch menu is unique and carefully selected, pleasant, authentic, and delicious.

30/12/2025: Number 1, delicious food. Everything I've had over the years has always been excellent. The atmosphere is simple and unrefined, but the service is fast and impeccable. If you're looking for sophisticated restaurants where you eat little and pay a lot, skip it. This place is the exact opposite.

26/10/2025: The food here is truly delicious: flavorful, beautifully presented dishes. The service ruined everything, turning a promising dinner into an odyssey of unnerving waits. As soon as we arrived and were seated at the table reserved for three, we stared into space for almost 15 minutes before anyone finally brought us our menus. A stuttering start in a room that wasn't exactly crowded. And it didn't end there: between courses, the wait stretched past 20 minutes each time, making us regret not bringing a book to pass the time. The table, moreover, was set for four: a silly detail, but no one bothered to remove the extra place setting, leaving that ghost seat taking up unnecessary space and reminding us of how little attention we were being paid. Not to mention the table lamp, which was out of power. The last straw? After the first course (which was delicious, mind you), with another 10-minute wait looming, we went outside for a smoke to unwind. When we returned, the empty plate was still there, untouched on the table, as if the staff had decided to ignore us completely. Such sloppy and slow service makes you feel like an intruder, not a customer. And speaking of dishes, the suckling pig as a main course wasn't as soft as we'd expected, but decidedly tough and difficult to cut. And to top it off, we were left as the last customers in the dining room while the waiter began cleaning all the tables with spray, and the smell completely nauseated us. In short, while the food deserves applause, the rest is a resounding flop. It could be a nice place, but the service and timing could be improved. Let's hope they fix the staff—until then, I'll pass and hang up.

06/05/2026: This restaurant made our evening with an Aperol Spritz during a short nighttime stroll. The staff is very attentive and accommodating, even fulfilling special requests.

25/04/2026: I was very curious about the pizza and the staff, given the other reviews. So yesterday was the perfect time to try it. The pizza is one of my favorites on Lake Garda. Definitely worth a try. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, a good selection of medium-high quality wines. Fast, friendly, and quality service. Well done for your first experience!!! The pizza is a must-try!

03/01/2026: In the evening, for an aperitif. The 5 stars overall and for each category say it all. I'd rather focus on the interesting aperitif formula, which offers (currently and subject to future changes/adjustments) 3 types of "menu" options that can satisfy every palate, both in quality and quantity (even with a dessert included)! Obviously, there's no obligation; these are suggestions...everyone is free to organize and create their own aperitif with the many products offered and available. The manager/owner is super helpful and up to the task in any situation. See you soon.

26/01/2026: A rustic trattoria with beautiful vaulted ceilings. The staff is very friendly, and the flavors are authentic. The dessert they offered us at the end was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.
