02/06/2026: We had dinner this evening, June 2nd, and it was a wonderful discovery! The place is beautiful, very well-kept and clean (including the bathrooms). They're super welcoming, even with our dogs: they offered them water right away! ​The staff is fantastic: both the lady and the young lady were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Since it was our first time here in Bagolino, the lady also gave us excellent advice on what to do in the area. ​Excellent hospitality despite the rainy day. Highly recommended!

30/12/2025: The place used to be popular for happy hour drinks, drinking beer in a pub-style atmosphere with rock music. I was there again recently, a table of kids celebrating a birthday who had been granted remote control access. My ears died.

03/05/2026: There were 2 of us, the spaghetti allo scoglio was excellent, with seafood appetizers, fast service and kindness from the staff, clean place, they recommended we book the paella, good to know.

30/04/2026: We stayed here on a short trip to Sirmione. The hotel is very close to the old town, and everything is easily accessible on foot. We only booked accommodation with breakfast. The breakfast itself was good and sufficient. I personally would have liked a wider selection, perhaps something like salami or Serrano ham... but what was available was adequate. I was pleased to find that everyone at the hotel speaks English. Parking is available and costs €12 per day. The rooms were a good size and clean with a view of the lake. Unfortunately, our toilet leaked and was dripping from the bottom. The 36-degree Celsius pool was a real treat. It's so nice to have on rainy days. Something that takes some getting used to is having to use a pool mat. It feels very old-fashioned and outdated. The garden is a good size and well-maintained.

08/06/2026: Convenient restaurant, I wouldn't say the same for the vegetable buffet, little choice and the vegetables not replenished... the very comfortable atmosphere, almost like a family, I wouldn't say the same for the service... a less sullen face would be more comfortable... when you are face to face with the customer... it would be a must... you never know who is sitting down... very good price.

01/05/2026: The very professional and knowledgeable maître d' deserves praise. We found some of the dishes a bit off, but they were passable. It's a shame because the look was inviting. The small internal parking lot is convenient. The bill was fair and the prices reasonable.

13/02/2026: Excellent food, shame about the nonexistent service. I called more than 10 times in two days, using different numbers, and NEVER did anyone answer. The waiters, except for one, the youngest, come over and throw your plates on the table, and have no interaction whatsoever with the customer. What a shame.

30/05/2026: Overall a good experience, but there were some flaws in the cooking of the meat, due to the burning on the surface which was bitter.

15/05/2026: Very nice location and very good aperitif. The girl who served us was very kind and nice! We were a large group, and at the final bill, we created a bit of chaos by splitting the bills, but the guy at the cashier was very patient and kind. I will definitely be back.

10/05/2026: A flawlessly organized surprise party! Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to every guest's need. The surprise effect was a perfect success thanks to the meticulous organization. The atmosphere was beautiful, the timing was perfect, and every moment of the evening was impeccably managed.

11/03/2026: A hearty aperitif for those who want something to eat other than the usual chips and peanuts. Delicious Franciacorta gnocchi, generous portions. Very friendly staff.

03/03/2026: I'm not crazy about the atmosphere, but service during the weekly lunch break is quick. The chicken curry is decent, but for €10 it's fine. The desserts aren't impressive, quite the opposite.
