29/03/2026: It's become one of my favorite restaurants in Milan. The atmosphere is welcoming, like dining at a friend's house. Excellent value, and the menus offer convenient combinations.
27/03/2026: Retro place...refined and tasty. We are frequent customers, we ate excellently as usual, the place is always very chic and we were served well as usual. This time, however, a note: please remove the old prices from Google, the tasting menus are listed at 33 euros, while we actually paid 40. Fourteen euros more won't ruin our lives, but it's a question of fairness. I work in a dentist's office, I can't publish an old price list with fillings at 100 euros and then, when the patient comes in, charge him 130, because the prices have increased. He will feel cheated and will go elsewhere. You have to pay attention to certain "details" these days, which are not insignificant.

10/06/2026: The atmosphere is like a pub you'd drop in for a beer or watch a game with friends. The food is delicious and served quickly. There's a wide selection of beers to choose from. Prices range from €10 for a burger to €15. Beer starts at €6.
09/06/2026: A very unique atmosphere in true Irish style, excellent beer, well-tasted, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend the Guinness, as in my opinion it's the best around. One last tip: make a reservation if you want to eat in. I personally had the pulled pork sandwich, flavored with Guinness, and it was fabulous.

14/05/2026: Kind friendly staff, good service, fresh tasty dishes. We got some “welcome” bruschetta, tartar and carpaccio for antipasto, then tagliolini e scampi & gamberoni; for dessert - a piece of cake with pear.
11/05/2026: A restaurant run by a wonderful family.
I went there with friends and I must say that everything was magnificent, from the food to the staff.
We then had the wonderful pleasure of chatting with the daughter and mother (the owners of the restaurant) and left even happier.

04/06/2026: Went to the Mandarin Oriental for dinner for my Mum’s 80th birthday and, despite the thunderstorms and torrential rain, we had a really lovely time.
The staff were brilliant and helped us get from the top of the road down to the hotel in the caddy, which made a big difference and kept my Mum dry.
The food was excellent, the service was very good and the decor and ambience were exceptional. It would be lovely to go back on a sunny day and enjoy it properly without the downpour, but even with the weather my Mum really enjoyed it.
A special dinner and a very memorable place for her 80th.

20/05/2026: I live nearby...the food is excellent...everything is good, including the pizza...the only one that doesn't make me drink continuously after eating it. The service is fast and the guys/girls are hospitable, competent, and very kind, just like the owners. I absolutely recommend it, and don't forget to book!
17/05/2026: We loved both the hotel and the restaurant; we'll be back.
And let's not forget that even heavenly prawns sometimes end up in the pot after a visit to marinade heaven 😉

Make sure to book because it's incredibly popular. I've known it for years, and it's still one of the best in central Milan. I tried the Porta Genova location. Don't miss the desserts, which are a must-try. Excellent all-you-can-eat menu. Friendly, fast staff.

The location close to the Martesana completes the picture, which, for me, almost evokes the atmosphere of those Belgian beer halls along the canals.
