12/06/2025: Very nice place! I went there a few nights ago with some friends for the first time and I have to say it is worth it. I had a slice of pizza with Tuscan sausage and added gorgonzola. Very good! It is not like the DE ROMA pizza but it is worth it! Crispy underneath, soft and topped on top! Nice place for an evening with friends! Oh, if you go there you have to try the Montefiore craft beer, a white spelt beer, delicious and super fragrant!

And from that moment on, everything seemed like a deliberate scam. Three supplì suddenly appeared on the bill – small rice balls that were never ordered, never seen, never eaten. On top of that, there was a coperto for €2.50 per person. There was no mention of this on the menu, and nothing in direct view at the entrance either. Italian law stipulates that a coperto must be clearly and visibly marked, e.g., on the menu or clearly legible at the entrance. That wasn't the case here, at least for us. The real shock came later – the bill wasn't examined more closely until we got to the hotel. On site, the waiter was polite, friendly, and even tipped – because the service seemed pleasant at first. In retrospect, you feel deliberately deceived and exploited. Yes – the total price was still reasonable, especially compared to Germany or other tourist areas. But that doesn't justify tricks or unfair billing. Honesty costs nothing – and would have led to a completely different rating here. Had everything gone correctly, 4 stars would have been realistic. Instead, all that remains is anger and disappointment. A clear warning to tourists: If you don't look closely, you'll end up paying for things you never ordered. The friendliness is a facade – the bill reveals the true colors. 2 stars – and that's only because the pizza was still acceptable. The rest was disrespectful. --- The pizza was discreet – nothing special, but acceptable. Purely, it's the only positive aspect of this experience. The place is modern and well-kept in details, with a relaxed but elegant atmosphere, also ideal for a lunch break that is different from the usual. The service was fast and very courteous, perfect for those who have limited time but do not want to give up taste. The selection of wines by the glass is also well-studied, with interesting labels even for lunch. More than fair prices for the quality offered (menu around €25–30), and generous portions. A real gem in the Piazzale Damiano Chiesa area. I will definitely return, also to try the raw fish and the wider menu in the evening. Highly recommended for those looking for fresh fish and modern cuisine even at lunch.

Sometimes, with a heavy workload, the waiting times could increase, but nothing too exaggerated. Ambience --> welcoming and quiet, a bit like being at home.

11/07/2025: Great casual spot for some contemporary Italian cuisine. Liked most of the dishes and would definitely suggest trying this place. But some of the sauces were a bit too acidic and overpowering for my taste. Service was amazing and loved the wine they recommended as well
