12/07/2026: It was wonderful to celebrate my birthday in this historic restaurant with my family. The best casoncelli in the valley. Everything is delicious and high quality, including the homemade desserts. The staff is always welcoming, especially Elena, who is excellent! We've known this place for over 20 years, and it's always nice to return.
05/07/2026: Location: The place is very original and classic, beautifully decorated both inside and out. It's on the main road of ValPiana and is a popular stop for locals from the plains. Menu: It offers classic Bergamo fare, with generous portions, but more like a restaurant. Prices are fair, and the quality reflects the price; in fact, the price is lower than the quality, which is very high. The taragna is good, although I think it's a little too cheesy, but it's still fine. The rest of the food is delicious. I had the wild boar, which was incredibly tender and flavorful; it didn't taste too gamey, which I really appreciated. Service: The waitresses are kind and attentive, always available. Definitely worth a try if you're passing by!
