It was a wonderful surprise because, in addition to the dish listed on the menu, they also offered a vegan appetizer, first course, and dessert. The service was impeccable, super professional and attentive, with detailed explanations. You can sense great quality in the choice of ingredients, the pairings, and the details. You can also sense their passion for what they do. Everything was delicious: from the olive oil to the local fermented beverage, to the truly excellent vegan dishes.
