I chose this place because there was a vegan dish on the menu, and since vegan options are hard to find in the area, I wanted to try it. It was a wonderful surprise because, in addition to the dish listed on the menu, they also offered a vegan appetizer, first course, and dessert. The service was impeccable, super professional and attentive, with detailed explanations. You can sense great quality in the choice of ingredients, the pairings, and the details. You can also sense their passion for what they do. Everything was delicious: from the olive oil to the local fermented beverage, to the truly excellent vegan dishes. The price is a little higher than average, but the quality fully justifies it. I absolutely recommend it: it was a very positive experience, and the place is also beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming.

We dined at this Alpine osteria, observing and inhaling the scents of wood and tradition. The food is excellent, but what struck me most was the combinations and the touch of class in the dishes, which keep you in constant touch with nature. The meat is spectacular (we had the venison and the fillet), but I repeat, I was truly struck by the pairings: ricotta and chestnuts for dessert, for example, and pumpkin and crumbled black cabbage for the risotto. Everything was plated with love and attention to detail. I recommend the tasting menu to immerse yourself in the descriptions and experiences of the young owners, who are so passionate and knowledgeable, as well as true lovers of local traditions (they work with specific farmers, farms, and butchers to guarantee quality). Well done, well done, well done! We will definitely be back and will tell our friends about your Alpine osteria!
