22/02/2026: Last night was my first time; I fell in love with the place, the dishes, everything! The herring and Russian salad appetizer absolutely won me over! The selection is vast, and they pay great attention to everyone's needs (vegans, omnivores, basically, everyone can eat well here!). The portions are huge; I recommend choosing a few at a time to appreciate your selection even more. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the vodkas because I'm pregnant, but I'll definitely be back as soon as I can because I'm really curious. If you've never been, give it a try! You'll leave satisfied and with a whole new level of culinary knowledge! Kudos also to the staff for their helpfulness and customer service. See you soon 🤟🏻💖

03/02/2026: Kowalski is the perfect place to enjoy traditional Eastern European cuisine. I recommend the pierogi (traditional Polish potato-filled ravioli) accompanied by Barszcz (beetroot broth), and then I recommend trying their goulash. They also have a wide selection of vodka-based and flavored vodka cocktails. The atmosphere is charming and the staff are friendly.

07/12/2025: The focaccia is truly delicious, and the owner is incredibly kind. Located in the historic center of Genoa, I recommend it to anyone who, like me, wants to try a typical local product. Highly recommended!

25/11/2025: If I could give ZERO stars I would give the owner very unpleasant not even half a smile focaccia that seems like 2 day old bread oh my god never again in my life the San Pietro alla foce bakery or pan bon!

31/12/2025: Whether you're a worker or simply want to eat at a trattoria with delicious food, this is the place for you!! You can eat inside the trattoria or outside, both covered and in the sun. The dishes are truly delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly!! Great prices, and I recommend the platter... Everything is truly delicious!!!

23/12/2025: Good morning This was our first time at this trattoria. Lunch is à la carte, and there's also a workers' menu. Good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

22/12/2025: We had a great lunch here in this Top 50 pizza restaurant. The service was incredible and the food even better. We tried 6 of these pizza al taglio and all of them were executed beautifully. Light dough, crispy at the bottom and with very fresh toppings. The Gorgonzola ones were surprisingly great. I highly recommend this establishment.

21/12/2025: We almost walked in by mistake, but never was a mistake more welcome. The pizza was excellent; you could immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. The place is small, so we only stopped briefly, but the food was excellent and very well prepared. The owner was a very kind and polite guy...we'll be back! Keep it up, Buratto!

04/02/2026: I'm Spanish. I spent a day in Genoa and wandered around looking for an authentic Italian restaurant. After finding dozens of stalls selling paninis, pizzas, and sandwiches that didn't really appeal to me, I stumbled upon this truly authentic place. Unfortunately, I arrived at lunchtime in Spain, which is very late in Italy, and the kitchen was closed. But I was served by a very kind Francesca who treated me wonderfully. She helped me choose from the dishes they offered, and I had a delicious small anchovy pizza with quality ingredients, and a spinach quiche that she recommended. She added a touch of both salt and sweet. She helped me connect to the internet so I could buy my plane ticket, refilled my water bottle for the trip, and helped me find out some airport information. I will definitely return to this place when I go back to Genoa, and I hope to try the fresh pasta, but I just want to say that Francesca's service was the kind that makes you feel right at home. Being kind is one thing, but treating a foreigner who's had a stressful day of travel, with no internet connection, jet lag, and who doesn't speak Italian, as if she were family, is quite another. Francesca deserves a raise. She's an exceptional worker. Thank you very much.

21/02/2026: Good food, fast and clean service, classic place. Prices... I think they're being a bit sly about the side dishes: €2.50 cover charge (they don't bring you bread, breadsticks, or focaccia), €2 water (filtered tap water), €7.50 dessert (panna cotta with almond milk). It's a shame about these little details.

19/02/2026: FANTASTIC! Old-fashioned osteria where the food is excellent - the octopus tentacle is out of this world.

04/12/2025: We were in the first room which was a bit narrow, the seafood pizza was sparsely garnished, otherwise the staff were very kind and the prices were fair.

18/11/2025: The best pizzeria in San Fruttuoso, excellent pizzas (both classic and slightly more sophisticated), traditional Genoese farinata, and the food is also top-notch. I recommend everyone try this pizzeria: the staff and owners are the icing on the cake. Excellent!
