The outdoor seating could be improved, but I've only been there a short time and I trust their good taste. The chef, Margherita, is excellent and friendly.

It's always a real pleasure to dine at Margherita! The restaurant is brand new, right in the historic center, and is very pleasant and simply elegant inside, with a cool, secluded outdoor garden. The menu is, as always, original and appealing; the food quality and preparation are impeccable, and there's a wide selection, including vegetarian and vegan options. The warm welcome from the ladies in the dining room and the wonderful chef who looks out the window make the experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return! Francesca

We ate well, the place was nice, the food was good and fresh. If we want to point out one thing, the lady behind the drinks counter was quite rude, with superficial and rude responses. I would go back for anything but her.

An interesting place, with several unique dishes, tastefully served. The staff is very kind, efficient, always smiling and friendly. Perhaps the asking price is a bit high, considering the location and the venue.
May 2026, L'insolita zuppa has moved and become L'insolita ristorantino. It's anything but a small restaurant; the interior is very well-finished, better than the old location, the staff is always excellent, and the chef and owner are friendly and full of energy. The kitchen has also changed, with dishes that are consistently successful.

Excellent food and service! Carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, well-balanced and delicious. The staff is super friendly, kind, and helpful!
The atmosphere isn't my typical aesthetic, but 1. It was spotless. 2. I heard they're moving soon!
In any case, my compliments, I'll be back.
