Very light frisceu (fried pasta), arancini (rice balls) with Norma-style filling, light and crispy. Very good spaghetti alla Siracusana, delicious ravioli with Norma-style sauce. There wasn't room for a second course, but we couldn't miss a taste of caponata, a plate for 11. Finally, a cannoli with ricotta that reminded us of Camilleri's books.

Every month they offer a special pizza of the month. They also offer really good focaccias. As for drinks, the Belgian Canediguerra beer is very good. They also make cocktails. The rest of the menu is discovered by sitting at the tables of this trattoria with its barrel-vaulted ceilings and unique location, at the end of a narrow alleyway, where the entrance is located, and behind one of the city's most beautiful buildings, Palazzo San Giorgio, in the area of ​​the Old Port, the Bigo, and the Aquarium.
