You can taste the care and quality of the ingredients used, according to local tradition. ​Ombretta's welcome: An honorable mention goes to her, who was extremely courteous, attentive, and possessed of an overwhelming warmth that made you feel immediately at home. ​The Host's personality: The owner has a lively personality and a distinctive character.
