05/04/2024: The first time my boyfriend took me to eat the pizza and it was delicious then we went back to eat the fish this time and this time too we were not disappointed, it's difficult to describe how good and perfect everything was. Friendly staff and a nice place but at the same time not too formal. I recommend it wholeheartedly

22/03/2024: Absolutely delicious spot for gluten free pinse! I went with my family for lunch and we were all blown away by the different topping combinations that you dont normally find on menus. Very creative use of ingredients and we were all so satisfied with our orders! The service was also amazing and we were very happy to chat with the server about our trip to liguria. Being celiac, i felt safe eating here and was happy to see that my pinsa was the same size as the normal ones and the gluten free base was very good! I can't wait to return here my next trip in liguria to try a new topping!

27/03/2024: What a mega pizza. You can feel the family business here. Dad makes the pizza, mom makes the pana cotta... Everything is con amore. Also super friendly. Hardly any tourists here, but lots of locals. No wonder given the quality and fair prices. The location is very unspectacular. The decor is simple but very authentically Italian. We love pizzerias like this!

06/04/2024: I had lunch at the Olimpo restaurant with my family and I was able to admire the bay of silence and the bay of fairy tales at the same time while sitting at the table: how wonderful!! Lunch was above expectations: excellent dishes cooked with high quality raw materials. The service is always attentive and discreet, with attention to detail. We will definitely return.

03/04/2024: In recent years the Olimpo Restaurant has grown a lot thanks to the competence and kindness of Mr Giacomo Pittaluga who manages it, the chef Mauro Manfredi who is creative and available to satisfy the needs of customers and the dining room staff who work with kindness and without wasting a moment of time. The food is excellent, sometimes the service can be slowed down due to the events of the Sky Bar which overlap with the lunches or dinners of the Olympus but the staff, often embarrassed by the delays, knows how to make amends with elegance and empathy . From the restaurant you can enjoy a splendid view but this is thanks to the Eternal Father and whoever manages the restaurant knows how to harmonize the beauty of nature with the goodness of the dishes and courtesy

05/04/2024: We stopped for an aperitif, I thought the prices were high but instead they are affordable: 2 of us spent €32 for a bottle of excellent white wine accompanied by an equally excellent platter and two more glasses of white. The staff are very kind and professional and the place is also beautiful, clean and surrounded by vineyards on the outskirts of Sestri.

04/04/2024: Our favorite place! Immersed in the vineyards, Bisson cellars leave us with wonderful memories every time, we have chosen it several times to celebrate important events or even just for an aperitif/tasting/dinner with friends. The staff is always attentive to needs and very professional, all my requests have always been accepted without problems. Excellent wines, cuisine attentive to the choice of raw materials, the chef offers various dishes to satisfy every palate. Attention is also paid to the little guests, from the menu dedicated to them, to the large outdoor spaces where they can play and relax their parents! There is also a changing table for the little ones. Nice, elegant and above all very clean environment! Unforgettable dinner among the rows of vines (summer season) No less obvious is the large, convenient car park adjacent to the entrance. I highly recommend it! 19/12/2023: I'm sorry, I usually don't like giving negative reviews, but I think that for better or worse, it's right for those who manage it to know how things are. So, if he wants, he can improve or continue. We called to ask if it was possible to move the reservation by half an hour due to a setback (from 8pm to 8.30pm). A blunt answer: "It's a problem for us because you have to clear the table for us at 10!". Okay, that was our problem but he could have told us more kindly. The methods are not the best but we decide to forget it and do everything we can to arrive on time. Arrival time 8.10pm. There are 6 of us + 2 small children. We sit and wait. After about 20 minutes we ask for the menu because no one comes to bring us anything. We choose and wait for them to come and take our orders. We wait a bit and they come to take our orders. It's 9.15pm, so after a good hour from our arrival only 2 out of 8 courses arrive. The 3 and 1 year old children were freaking out because they were hungry and how do you explain it to them that they have to understand and have patience? Okay. Somehow we kept them quiet. But the adults were hungry too and were getting impatient. When only 2 courses arrive we say to start eating so as not to let it cool down. The rule of good catering requires that the courses are served all together so that everyone can start eating together. (Have you ever seen courtesy for guests or 4 restaurants by Alessandro Borghese? Perhaps a little review of these basic rules should be done). But even in this case we decide to leave it alone. Among the orders there was a mussel sauce. Time passes but it doesn't arrive. We remind him. We were near the kitchen, let's take a look and the cooks were still. The manager scolds them because they forgot. They probably do it in a hurry because they arrive literally drowned in wine. My husband who loves mussels and has never had any leftovers had to leave them there because they weren't good. However, he would have had to put them forward even if he didn't want to because while he was eating, at exactly 10pm, the manager arrives and tells us: "gentlemen, you have to free up the table for us because other people have arrived". Excuse me??? At the time we didn't say anything, but as the waiter arrives to unpack he naively asks us "how did it go?" And there we couldn't help ourselves from pointing out that they served us after 1 hour and in 3/4 of an hour we had to gorge ourselves to eat everything. My father told him: "try to be more punctual with orders and less in asking customers to vacate the table." I understand that restaurants have been through a lot in the last two/three years, but I think they shouldn't accept more people than they can handle, working two shifts bordering on rudeness, sending people away while they're still eating. We could have wanted a dessert or a coffee but there wasn't time. And in any case the inability to organize does not have to be paid for by the customer who comes and pays, not eats for free. If you can't organize yourself, just do one shift. Because, in order to attract as many people as possible, things were done badly and now there are six people around who do not recommend this place. And we know, word of mouth is the best advertising.

31/03/2024: Abbiamo ordinato tramite Just eat in questo ristorante il giorno di Pasqua non potendo uscire per pioggia e avendo una bambina piccola. Abbiamo preso una grigliata di pesce e un fritto di gamberi e calamari, il tutto da dividere in due. Tutto buonissimo e frittura rimasta ottima nonostante l'asporto. Arrivati con un leggerissimo ritardo ma più che comprensibile essendo Pasqua. Esperienza da rifare !
