04/07/2025: Very tasty, atmospheric and pleasant, service 5+. We had only two evenings in this city, and we decided to give both dinners to this establishment, everything is cooked from the heart, delicious, beautiful. I highly recommend it.

02/07/2025: I often go with my wife to dinner here. The food is plentiful, good quality and also with "tasty" dishes. The desserts are very rich and the price is more than fair, given the location. Just be careful with the dishes off the menu, which are sometimes a little more expensive.

31/07/2025: The restaurant offers takeout and traditional baked goods, with extended opening hours. There is no table service, but everything you need for a sit-down meal is provided. In addition to the classic cheese focaccia, you can enjoy traditional Ligurian dishes like farinata (made with chickpea flour) and torta pasqualina, as well as other savory vegetable pies (the onion one is excellent), pizza, focaccia, and more. For those with a sweet tooth, you can purchase delicious cookies and, during the Christmas holidays, a delicious Genoese pandolce (the "low" type). To these delicacies, I would add the owner's kind hospitality. For me, U Fainottu is a go-to for a quick meal or to take home something delicious and ready to eat.

24/08/2025: I frequented this place almost every day for a couple of years when I was in Genoa for study. The owner is always very kind and friendly. I ate the best pesto I've ever had here. The quality/price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent. If you're passing through Genoa, you absolutely must try it.

18/08/2025: We have visited Da Pippi during Ferragosto initially as a backup because many restaurants were closed. At the end we were glad about this coincidence and it is truly a local highlight. The service was excellent and the quality of the menu was outstanding. We had Pasta as Primi Piatti and they were authentic and delicious. As Secondi we had calve with potatoes and this was amazing. The gravey was amongst the best I have ever had so far. As dessert we asked what was the most popular one for the place and it turned out to be pana cotta. It was so soft, tasty and delicious! Also the Ambiente was nice. We can only recommend to visit this restaurant.

07/05/2025: Very kind guys, they took care of our experience in every detail. We were in a hurry for work reasons and they served us in record time. Gnocchi and pesto made by them with an excellent taste and texture! Really interesting wine list! The only regret is that I didn't take my phone into the bathroom to take photos: even there, details that will leave you speechless! Congratulations to all the staff!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

05/05/2025: Ristorante con proposte particolari, ideale per una cena tranquilla: ambiente di recente ristrutturazione, curato nei dettagli e negli arredi, semplice ma con particolarità. Staff gentile e cortese, servizio scandito bene. Piatti preparati con attenzione, prodotti di qualità che conferma la passione e competenza di chi ci lavora. Carta dei vini ottima, con etichette della zona e meno conosciute. Ottima esperienza gastronomica, da provare per veri amanti della cucina e della qualità.

17/08/2025: We ate at Trattoria Trallallero during our stay in Genoa and loved it so much we returned the second night! The location is charming and welcoming, with a simple yet very pleasant atmosphere. The waiter was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The first night, we tried the appetizers and gnocchi with pesto: truly delicious, with a delicate and authentic pesto. The second night, we opted for the fresh seafood pasta: a dish packed with mussels and very flavorful, which completely satisfied us.

17/08/2025: I dined at this trattoria with my family on two consecutive evenings, on Ferragosto (the holiday of August 15th) and the following evening (a Saturday), both on busy days and at busy times. Despite this, the staff was always friendly, organized, and had a warm and welcoming attitude that made us feel at home. The menu isn't extensive, but it's rich in traditional dishes and unique offerings. We really enjoyed the Recco focaccia, a real discovery, served with a touch of pesto that made it even more delicious. The meat-filled pasta with the typical tuccu sauce was also excellent, as was the pasta with walnut cream, a delicate yet bold dish. On the second evening, we indulged in the tommaselle, another traditional specialty with a flavorful and original filling. The dessert selection is also limited but well thought out, alternating classic desserts with Ligurian specialties. Worthy of note is the fried sweet milk served with Chantilly cream, truly delicious, and the tiramisu in a glass, generous and topped with a generous layer of cocoa. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and tastefully decorated, exuding a sense of warmth and welcome. Combining the quality of the cuisine with the friendliness of the staff, this trattoria was a delightful discovery that I recommend to anyone who wants to experience Ligurian cuisine in an authentic, family-friendly atmosphere.

04/08/2025: Everything was perfect, the staff were very kind and knowledgeable, the food was excellent and plentiful. The only flaw (if I'm nitpicking) was that the breaded and fried anchovies were overcooked, resulting in very, very hard, practically dry anchovies.
