A very simple, old-fashioned place, excellent farinata with a traditional menu. The stuffed vegetables on Saturday were so-so, but the tagliata was delicious and good value. I recommend it for a quick meal.

We were thrilled. Authentic Ligurian cuisine, mostly locals and regulars. Few tourists. The American tourists next to us devoured the giant steak and were, quite audibly, very satisfied. Our pasta – just like Mom used to make. Delicious and down-to-earth.

Found it by chance while walking around Chiavari...delicious and very welcoming...I had lunch alone...but I found neighbors to chat with...very good food! The farinata is top!!!!!

09/08/2026: Probably one of the best meals I had in Italy (stewed beef in sugo). Cheap easy and then delicious. I would've stayed more days in Genoa to eat here again.
