Honestly an amazing place. Definitely go here if you get the chance ! The ability to choose what pasta you have with the sauce is such an awesome concept. And it tasted super fresh and juicy. No complaints from me. Even the lemonade from the fridge was delicious. Overall a 10/10

Good decent pasta, ideal for a quick lunch. Lots of seating and no table service. Beware that when you order pesto, it is not the same quality as you can see in a jar on display! My trofie pesto pasta came with some random ingredients (green beans and potatoes, most likely fell in from the counter).

Basil pesto is not too salty for Korean tastes. It felt like eating kalguksu noodles with chewy noodles. The ravioli in the ragu sauce was a bit salty, but it was okay. I think it's a cheap price. There are a lot of people.

The idea of a pasta factory preparing the dishes it sells at the counter for on-site consumption is nice. There is a wide choice of fresh filled pasta and an equally wide choice of condiments. For those who don't want a first course, there are various second course alternatives, including vegan ones. It doesn't have real tables, but stools and support surfaces, practical for a quick meal during a lunch break. Excellent value for money, reasonable portions and fast service.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo provato per pranzo le famose trofie al pesto. Il servizio è da migliorare sia durante la fase di ordinazione che in tutto il suo complesso (ci hanno sbagliato piatti e dimenticato di fornirci da bere). Nel complesso comunque buono. Il piatto medio è abbondante.

Abbiamo portato alcuni amici piemontesi a mangiare in questo posticino che conoscevamo già.Hanno ampliato e rinnovato il locale con sgabelli e mensole ,molto carino e pulito.Piatti tipici genovesi con pesto ottimo,ma anche altre varianti ,abbiamo fatto una bella figura e tutti sono rimasti contenti... grazie!! !da ritornare sicuramente
